So far I've had no trouble with this product I got Xfinity it hooked up to Xfinity just fine I have not even had to contact customer support it's amazing what technology can do when it's done right. After many years of having modems that didn't hook up well or didn't transfer fast this is working flawlessly. Definitely would recommend it if you using Xfinity.

In order to take full advantage of a higher speed network speed from my cable company, I replaced my old modem with this new model. It was a simple case of shutting off the router (no one was trying to do anything online) and switching the cables to the new box. I turned on the modem until it had cycled through its startup, then turned on the router. The easiest upgrade I can remember.

I got my modem from bestbuy based on the recommendation from TWC, it worked better than the older one since we upgraded the internet speed

we bought this to replace our older arris gateway that stopped working. it is a modem only, and will need a separate router. luckily, we were able to use an old router to complete our home wifi setup. this modem is able to handle faster speeds over our older, dead gateway, but we are not able to tell the difference. so, far, its a decent replacement, just note it is a modem only, and not a gateway like our dead surfboard which it replaced.

My previous cable modem was experiencing intermittent errors so I decided to get a new modem. I have the TWC/Spectrum 200 Mbps service and could have used the SB6183 but decided that for the few extra dollars I would get the SB6190 to be ready for any future speed upgrades. It is working great and I am getting 235 Mbps down and 22 Mbps up as measured by speedtest.net.

We have a gig of speed and needed something that could handle our needs. I was told this modem was the best, we bought a good router too. Between the two we have not noticed any lag time or loading issues. With two boys on their X-box's, and probably fifteen other wi- fi eating gizmos icluding streaming to three Tv's it just works great!

It connect easily and work well with Road Runner Cable. Saves $10 mth on rental.

After buying this modem and combining it with the ORBI router it has truly been a game changer! I cannot say enough about both products! Our home technology experience went for limited to unimaginable just like that! Buy it and try it! Take it back if you don't like it. I think you will love it! I also have to give kudos to the knowledgeable young man at BEST BUY!
