Purchased to get rid of the Mediacom modem we had. Note that there is no telephony so you cannot use to make voice over internet calls. No complaints. Good value and easy to set up. Wish we had an alternative to Mediacom, but it will do.

Solid modem for the price. Good solution if you have Comcast

This is a great modem. It sets up well and is easy to install. Works with our TWC service. I purchased it over the cheaper models in hopes (most likely vain hope) that at some point internet providers would provide better, faster, more secure internet. Honestly I'd buy the same brand but go with the cheaper model unless you just like to buy this on the off chance that internet providers actually provide internet that can make full use of this modem. This is more modem than most service providers will use even at their top tier plans.

Great, inexpensive alternative to the rentable ones from Xfinity. Definitely worth the monthly savings and no hastle set up. I did it all myself in the app and over the phone systems and it works like a charm. Not a single issue since purchasing. Hight recommended.

Excellent device, if you have Xfinity you should get your own equipment it will work much better. I suggest getting this and the Netgear Orbi. They work great together and I’ve had no issues every since I’ve purchased this. Are used to get dropped network connections all the time using XFINITY’s equipment.

Modem works like a champ for great price. This is my second modem as the first finally died after 7 years...would buy another after this.

I had an old Arris that was just not functioning as well but still worked. Problem was that it was a 8x4 DOCSIS. I have 200mb internet and well the 8x4 just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Decided to upgrade to this 32x4 and i no longer have issues with spotty internet. It’s always connected. I highly recommend to purchase.

This modem is very very good. l upgraded to this modem from a 8x4 channel and this one is way better and got rid of most of the lag. after l got this modem l learned about 3.1 being rolled out soon so l ent up returning this and getting the upgraded one but if you do not plan on upgrading your internet to gigabit speed this modem is good for you.

Great fair priced modem delivering me speeds up to what I pay for which is 400mbs.

The Arris modem was purchased to replace a rented modem from a cable company and was easily installed after sharing the MAC with the cable provider. We connected our Orbi Netgear router to the Arris modem. The overall result is improved performance for our computer and other electronics.

In our area we just got 1 Gbps cable Internet speeds. The current modem I had was not capable of 1 Gbps. This 32-channel modem did the trick. I bought this one out right because I didn't want to pay the cable company a monthly rental fee. Unfortunately, my old modem had 4-ports for Ethernet connections this one only had one.

Bought this as a general upgrade to our internet system. Seems to work great, especially with the Google Nest system we purchased at the same time. Blazing download speed is no problem for this modem; consistently seeing 470+ on a plan where we are paying for up to 400 from Spectrum. Recommend.
