Little did I realize how bad my previous modem was until I bought this one. My internet is so much faster and I am able to have the log into my office computer and it is truly like I am sitting at my desk at work. Kudos to the Best Buy Sales People for getting this setup together for me.

Purchased this to replace the modem furnished by Sparklight. It takes up less of a footprint being smaller in size. Saved me from paying the rental fee on my monthly bill. It also got rid of an obnoxious problem where I had to refresh the net connection everytime my Mac was idle. Very pleased. A+

I purchased this model to replace an older Arris modem due to slow internet speeds, i.e. 35 up and 1 down. Comcast said the modem was no longer supported and pointed me to several models they recommend. This was the least expensive of all options and was rated for the same efficiency as other models. Now I have speeds of 110 up and 5 down. I'm thrilled!

easy to setup, with spectrum, i didnt even have to call spectrum to help setup or do any changes.

We have high speed internet through Comcast, but we begun to notice that the speed was lagging a little. Out cable modem was old and didn't fully support the current standards. When we upgraded to this Arris cable modem we noticed a great increase in our download speed. I guess it helps to be using the current standards!

I got tired of paying my ISP a monthly rental fee. I also upgraded from 150 mbps to 250 so I needed a new modem. Its paid for and it mine. I have had no issues. It works great. I recommend anyone with cable internet to purchase their own modem and this is a fantastic option at a great price.

Excellent little modem. We have seen amazing improvements since we upgraded. Does take a very long time to boot up, though, but once it's running it's great.

After a month still working great. Easy set up called my provider and they activated it in minutes. Pretty much a plug and play, it's that easy. BUT.. I have two small complaints: 1) the laser like blue connection lights are blinding .. def don't put this in your bedroom will light up the whole room. 2) It's white.. they should make a black option. Every add-on I have is black so it disappears but this glowing white color stands out... too much. But it works great!

Works as intended with Spectrum! Easy to set up, had no issues. Just plug and connect it via wired to your system to test or to your separate router. With the eero pro hooked up we were getting speeds higher then advertised from the provider in our speed test.

As advertised, the product was easy to set up and my internet speed are faster!

DOCSIS 3.0 is obviously older and slower than 3.1 but my cable provider does not make sense to pay for the speed for 3.1 This was great value purchased during Covid. Got to wait in front of the store in the car and have it pre purchased online and picked up. Happy it's in stock when needed
