My family gave me as a b-day present, a new laptop to replace an 8 year old one with Windows XP. I'm still getting used to this. It is smaller, but much easier to carry around. I love the back-lit keys, and the touch screen. In fact I've become addicted to the touch screen. I picked this out, but was advised by the gift-givers to get a touch screen. Of course it is speedier!

This is a good laptop. I love most everything about it. But....This model was supposed to come with a "Software Package which includes Nuance Dragon Assistant, Fresh Paint, Pinball FX, Kindle and more. It did not come with the software and I had to purchase and exchange 2 laptops. I finally decided to buy it online and see if it would be any different but it was not. Customer service is not that good. They all looked up the info on the website about my item and agreed that it says it should be on the laptop but no one knew any solutions to fix the issue. And everytime I tried to talk to a supervisor they just said oh you need to call Asus. uh! wrong! Asus is the manufacturer, They don't handle putting the software on the computer. I even spoke to Geek Squad tech support who were completely clueless as well and tried to tell me I needed to purchase the software separately. uh Wrong!! the software was supposed to come pre-installed. In all I did not receive the item the way it was described online and after a month of phone calls there has been no solution. I did receive a gift card from Best Buy for my trouble. Hey thanks! But you still haven't figured out my issue. I would recommend the Asus 2 in 1 regardless I am still hoping that Best Buy will figure out why my laptop didn't come with the software but no one seems to be replying to my Support email. I am hoping for a miracle this Christmas Season.

My complaints are with Microsoft more than the computer. No longer can I right click on a jpg file and send it to an email recipient. Very unhappy about that. Overall I am happy with the computer. Sometimes when typing I find I am in a different part of the document. Don't know if I am accidently tapping the touch pad or something else is going on. Computer is light and versatile both as a computer and as a tablet and the screen is plenty big for most uses.

I am not a gamer and primarily use my computer for school papers and social media. It runs like a champion for that. I have nothing to complain about it so far. The touch screen is a nice added bonus and you can set it up to switch to touch screen mode automatically when you fold the screen back. I've even ran some games on them that froze on prior Windows 7 computers and they ran smoothly on this one.

First time I have owed an Asus. I found it to be light weight for traveling, easy to use and plently of storage. I am still learning about all the things it does. I found that no matter where I go I can pull it out and use it. On the plans it is real handy because it is small but doing all the work I need. Awesome

I bought this as one of the lowest priced laptops with great reviews for its specification set. I've been using it for over 2 months now, and it's hardy and light enough to carry to school everyday on public transport. The metal body ensures it virtually never heats up. It serves me great for everything I need to do as an engineering student - lots of readings, simulations, heavy computations, pretty good webcam as well as good audio/video. The touchscreen is fluently responsive and doesn't have glitches like I had with a previous Dell. Overall this is a great deal.

Easy to use and lightweight. This is my first 2n1, so I can't reference previous experiences. I really enjoy the ease of tablet to laptop and the price was reasonable. The processor is rather quick and no issues using online streaming.

My son is s freshmen in college. I usually handle setting up the new technology, but he had no problems doing it himself. He lives the size and speed.

I bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it. The touch screen works awesome and it is the perfect size for her. The only downside is that the touchpad will sometimes stop working. This happens on my ASUS laptop as well. Overall, it is a great computer.

i biught this for my daughter a couple months ago. have had no issues whatsoever with it. she loves it. she really loves that it is not the full 15.6 inch siz,e a lot easier to handle for her. and she also really loves the touchscreen aspect.

I bought this product for a steal, and it was SO worth it (about 500$)! I would've bought it even at regular price. The laptop ran very well; there weren't any glitches or lags. I'm overall very satisfied with this purchase. I would highly recommend this product to others!

This laptop is light weight and easy to use. The touch screen is an added bonus for my teenager. I love the backlight keys as well for working in the evening without the bright room lights. A great laptop.

My first ASUS has been a success. I love the ease of doing things. It's lightweight so I bring it with me to work and often go to Barnes and Nobles and library for homework. I Netflix and HULU with it. I am an avid social media queen and pictures galore. This has fit my lifestyle to a T. The only issue I have is the keys do light up at night, but they are white on a silver keypad so can be challenging. Would have been better with a blue or red light under the keypad

This brand new ASUS model is working out very nicely. It is apparently the replacement for a discontinued ASUS model I had delivered just a week ago, but the hard drive failed on Day 3. This one is doing better, perhaps because Windows 10 was already pre-loaded (the other model crapped out shortly after the upgrade was done). Anyways, so far so good with this one. It is for college and seems promising.

My daughter bought the Asus 2 in 1 laptop for college and absolutely loves it. She wanted to buy a laptop and a tablet, but she got both when she bought this Asus 2 in 1. It's exactly what she needs to succeed in school. It was a very reasonable price and she even received a $150 discount for being a college student. Thank you to Jeff in the Merrillville, Indiana, store for spending the time with us to help narrow down the perfect computer for our needs.

Absolutely love this tablet. My first purchase of this kind - very user friendly. Lightweight, easily portable. Unobtrusive in a common living space. Great light up keyboard with nice soft touch. When I walked into the store the choices were dizzying. An online research rated this Asus one of the best - definitely feel I made the right choice. I'm a small framed person and the overall size of this tablet suits me perfectly. If it's multi-functional & compact size you're looking for you won't go wrong with this one.

Upon retirement (and loss of company laptop) I was looking for an all around great, small, portable laptop/notebook with lots of features. I've had this computer for a month and it exceeds my expectations and requirements. It's working flawlessly and start up was very easy for a technical novice like myself. The screen is small (as expected for portability) and doesn't have great resolution but I primarily use this computer at home with a large auxiliary monitor (with awesome resolution) so this isn't an issue for me but could be for other folks.

Light weight easy to handle. We like the touch screen. The Windows 10 Mail sucks.

I really was impressed with the ASUS 13.3 inch 2-in-1 laptop. It was quick, responsive, full of features (the back-lit keyboard, the battery life, the awesome customer support, etc), everything that I was looking for. The only slight dissatisfaction I got from it was the lack of screen brightness. Even at full brightness, the image appeared flat and dim compared to other laptops that I own. I had read that in the online reviews that I encountered and thought, hey, I should be able to overlook it. I have at this point but I still notice it from time to time, especially watching videos. But I am still very happy with my choice and I would probably purchase it again if I had to.
