Color perfect laptop

This laptop has many positive aspects that I appreciate. The color quality is exceptional, which is particularly beneficial for color grading photo or video content. While the laptop's performance is generally good, given its impressive specifications, there is room for improvement. I experienced some frustrating issues during the first week of ownership, including random laptop freezes and blue screen errors. These problems made me quite upset, but I am pleased to report that after performing the latest Windows and driver updates, I have not encountered any further issues yet. Lets see how it goes.

Fast and great computer. Only flaw is that NVidia drivers were not loaded - IT thinks it was a QA problem from factory. BestBuy Geeks loaded them right up for me (studio versions) and all remote monitors were accessable. Irritating but all good.

I PURCHASD ASUS - ProArt P16 16" 4K OLED Touch Screen Laptop - Copilot+ PC - AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 - 32GB Memory - RTX 4060 - 1TB SSD - Nano Black.
tHE PROCUT IS NICE AND WORKS VERY WELL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO WHOEVER NEEDS A LAPTOP THAT IS FAST AND PERFORMS WEEL.

Cons:
- 60Hz OLED display, should have been at least 90Hz
- QC issues with space bar and trackpad. I had to exchange the laptop twice (thanks to Best Buy that allowed seamless exchange) to get one where the space bar was not recessed on right bottom corner not registering spaces.
- Trackpad also had weird stains on the first two laptops.
- Minor software issues like black screen flash a few times a day when on iGPU which I am sure will be fixed in an update.
Pros:
- OLED accuracy and resolution
- Great thermals during daily use
- Quiet fans during daily use
- Great keyboard
- USB C port on either side for charging
- Nice aesthetics and overall black business laptop look

There could not be a better laptop for multi-passionate artists. From photography, video, production editing, the ProArt is unbeatable. I can edit for hours before needing to charge my laptop.

At first, I was really impressed by this computer—the 4K OLED screen is stunning, and the sleek design felt premium. But after using it more, I’ve been deeply disappointed. The laptop shuts down randomly without warning, even after updating all software and drivers. It also refuses to go to sleep properly—the fan keeps running loudly even when all apps and tabs are closed.
Now, just three weeks in, the computer completely shut down during an important task and won’t turn back on. I tried to return it, but Best Buy wouldn’t accept it. I feel like I’ve thrown $2,000 straight into the trash.
I strongly recommend not buying this computer!!!

ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, and are built to last, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine if this is a hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. An RMA number is required to send it in for service. For RMA details, please go to: https://www.asus.com/us/support/article/818/. However, before sending the laptop in for service, please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely, then power on. If it powers on but still a black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update is applied successfully. Additionally, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery is charged. If these steps made it to boot up successfully in Windows but still had issues, please try to do a factory reset as a last resort. The display could be better than 60fps but the screen is gorgeous.

I got this and unfortunately I returned it becoz of so many issues
The screen refresh rate is 60hz that is way bad and make the laptop cutting especially on adobe premiere,and the overheating it’s crazy for new laptop,

Computer is good. I don't like that everything automatically saves to the cloud and not on my hard disk. I believe this is more of a function of the Microsoft software though. Loved the Geek Squad set up.
