Also if not updated it goes slow as a Window XP PC back in days. Other than that I didn't had any other issues.

No start up instructions on box—spent hours on start up due to difficulty with touchscreen and keyboard interactions. Awkward finding steps to download and start up operating system.

Please allow some time to get use to the keyboard layout. If the touchscreen is unresponsive, ensure the chipset, graphics, ASUS System Control Interface drivers are installed. However, after about 7 months the screen refused to turn on. I had to connect it to a second monitor to backup my files and wipe it. Avoid this laptop.

I've used Apple for the last 15 years or so because I'm a photographer, but I wanted to switch due to how expensive they are. I went back to Asus, and unfortunately, I'm disappointed. This computer is a year ol,d and the hard drive just died on it. For how expensive this laptop is, that shouldn't happen.

This compter is amazing for video editing. Its fast has a beautiful picture. The 4k screen has me watching netflix on it instead of my tele. This computer is sexy, fast and powerful

So far I found nothing wrong with it. I am dazzled by the 4k monitor since I watch a lot of YouTube videos. The speed of the laptop is great due to the 32GB memory and the AMD Ryzen chip. I use this laptop at home with it always plugged in, so I have no experience to comment on the baterry life. I am very happy I purchased this product.

Run really smooth, so far I don't see any issue at the moment. At the time when we made the purchae, Baby had the best price you can find in the market If there is one thing I have to say about negative, it's the additional battery cord is kinda expensive.

Helps with CAD so much does not lag and that quality is great! The only downside is that is a huge screen for me i should have gotten the 14 inch.
