    This laptop works like a charm. Starts up quick runs through programs. Quick. Bought this due to my previous laptop crashing. Every time I tried to upload videos. This one uploads and edits videos flawlessly.

    Good pc but I think I got a bad unit because some time it had to boot to bios and that was a bummer.

    I bought this computer with the intention to use for my architecture/Design needs but sadly it didn’t pan out. This computer went blue screen on me within a month of use, just regular use at that, not even using anything serious like the Adobe suite or Rhino( hadn’t even downloaded them)!! When I brought it in to Best Buy after their attempts to fix it the excuse I was given, was that it was bad out of the box, I just got unlucky. We exchanged for ANOTHER BRAND NEW one. Fast forward another month or so and I’m again presented with a system error, a bit locker key page that was escalating into a BSOD situation. Luckily this happened 4 days before my return window was up and just decided to wash my hands of this device with a full refund. I loved the specs and details of this computer but sadly this model has some serious software issues for this to happen not once but TWICE on brand new computers, especially for the price of 2k+!! For warning for anyone looking to buy this! If it woks great but this is an issue others pointed out as well!!

    I got this device for my mechanical engineering studies next year and I don't think I'll regret it! It fits so much power into a small form factor. It's also very minimalistic, which I love.

    My advice to anyone who wants to buy a laptop go through best buy and not through the OEM, they have a better return policy and better warranty terms. I had to return my laptop, and the customer service was top notch.

    Not recommended. Saw some negative reviews about bluescreeen error befor i purchase. But i still i bought thinking that is a rare error. But 2nd day of my purchase it started asking for recovery key and on my 8th day it broke completely. I lost all my dat. Tried resetting 50 times atleast for 2 days. At last i could login with Administration login. Then i gave it for return. Thank god it happened in my return period. Dont waste your time buying it

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. Typically, this problem can either be a harwdware or a software related. ASUS provides warranty coverage for the product. We recommend you send the product in for service if you are experiencing hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately.     The screen display is incredible, but the laptop went back. No sound. Nada. Nothing. Even with ASUS technical troubleshooting and downloading of software. About that ASUS support...the first two calls to them resulted in my being hung up on. The third call resulted in a technician who knew what to do. Having read about others having difficulty with customer support, I'm glad to have gotten rid of it.

    Initially really nice, became a nightmare

    When I initially received it I loved it. It was quick, quiet, and it exceeded my expectations. A few months in it refused to boot. Somehow the BIOS got corrupted. Asus support took hours to finally solve it. BestBuy support was not helpful either. Now just before the warranty expires, the laptop dies and had not booted since. Trying to get it returned for service has been nearly impossible. Asus wants you to send it to BestBuy and BestBuy wants you to send it to Asus. The drive is corrupted and Asus has not offered any recovery service or any other way to make it right. I really liked it when it worked but its been a disaster long term. Very disappointed. I will never purchase another Asus product again.

    Very very nice laptop. Loved the look and sleekness. I'm not sure if I got a bad copy or not, but it kept shutting down/going to black screen on me when I was running editing programs so I returned it.

    This laptop is wonderful. I can't believe it was only $1400. It's amazing as a multimedia and productivity machine but also works well as a 60hz gaming laptop too.

    Great laptop, you get alot of specs for the price compared to other laptops. Needed a laptop that had a dedicated GPU to run AutoCad smoother. This laptop handles it perfectly.
