This is such a great looking, sleek laptop that can seemingly do it all. We bought it at closing time, took it home and opened it up. Followed all the instructions. Set it up. The fans were a bit loud but that’s to be expected on such a thin, powerful device. It was even warm but kept a close eye to make sure it wasn’t too hot to touch. Everything was great. By mid morning the following day, after a gaming session, I went to turn it off. There were updates to the BIOS system that wanted to be installed before it shutdown- ok. I walk away for a minute and come back to screen talking about an error with the BIOS update. It wouldn’t let me exit. Not wanting to click the wrong thing and mess up this expensive device, I took it to the Geek Squad (a 5 minute drive). By the time I got there, the laptop was SO HOT (the fans weren’t even running at this time) that it couldn’t be touched except by holding it with the tips of your fingers, at the sides. There was a chemical smell coming from it as well. It took it a long time to come down to a touchable temperature. They got it to update and it was all good as if it had never gotten that hot. I took it home, packaged it up, and returned it asap. I was not willing to spend 2k on a laptop that could get THAT hot (no joke, the guys hand sprung up so fast when he touched it). It was a literal fire hazard. And that smell? I’m guessing the glue inside- but was there any left? Who knows.

Great performance, panel and size. Very quit for its size. Nice keyboard and glass track pad and chassis that dont leave fingerprints I highly recommended this over the razer blade.

Runs everything great, and doesnt get as hot as I expected. Would recommend to anyone!!

Great laptop for all my needs! Battery life could be better but it's what you expect from a high powered machine.

Great product, i was really satisfied with the oled secreen and the performance. The only thing to mention is battery life is a little bit short with the default settings. However, i was able to get +9 hours with some new settings such as eco mode.

Small and spicy portable power house. 32gb of soldered ram is enough. 12 gb of vram is good enough.

So far it has been working great. No issues yet but this is an amazing computer. Like the clearness of the screen and the functionality of the keyboard.

Laptop is as slim as a mac book pro but the GPU handles video games like a beast. The fans do fire up like a jet engine but that's to be expected in this form factor. OLED screen is top notch.

Really like the size of this Laptop, it’s very powerful with great speeds. Only wish there was a Ethernet port for additional speeds.

Its basically a macbook for gaming. By far the best laptop you can buy at this price range.

When working properly, the laptop is great. It has a nice, sleek look, good internals, and sized nicely for use as a gaming laptop and a work or school laptop. My issue is that I was given a broken laptop; I am now waiting months for the MFG to make the fix.

This laptop runs every game I’ve played on it wonderfully at high setting and some even at ultra. Definitely recommend if you travel and wanna game wherever you are.

I really have enjoyed this laptop in the past 2 weeks that I've owned it. It has a really powerful graphics card, and it handles any task I've thrown at it. A good laptop for any gamer or student.

I love this laptop! Much better than last gens 4070, and having the AMD chipset is worth it over the g16 in my opinion. Highly recommend!
