Ultra 7 processor and 16GB memory make multitasking a breeze, providing a smooth and efficient experience. Loving the 14” WUXGA OLED touch display... vibrant colours and crisp visuals. Long battery life, it lasts all day on a single charge for my use. Lightweight & Gray finish gives it a sophisticated look that stands out in any setting. Can open the lid with one hand due to stable hinges. Got it in a good deal, happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend.

I got this on sale for $750. At that price it's a very good choice, but I probably wouldn't buy it for any more than that. I use Arch Linux on it and it runs well but some parts of setup were complicated. I primarily use it for schoolwork and some gaming and it does well. The only complaint I have is the fact that it gets very hot very easily.

Amazing laptop. Definitely a recommended laptop for school. Has plenty of storage, runs quick, looks amazing in quality. Especially the OLED. Downside could be the battery life, it would last me a while during school but it gets lower kinda quick. But it charges really fast so I don’t worry about it. I recommend buying it during back to school sales like mid summer cause I got it for 200 dollars cheaper

As a prospect college student, I was on the search for a affordable but also a fast and versatile laptop and after seeing the online reviews and using the Zenbook 14 for about a month now, I still can't believe the deal I got. I love every single thing about this laptop and I don't think there is a better deal for college students who want something light, reliable and fast.

No laptop is perfect, but if you search for one that most completely matches your needs, you are likely to be pleased. I am greatly pleased with this Asus. At its price point, I have seen this model referred to as “midrange”. Using pricing as a measure, I can somewhat agree that the description is apt, but this model scores 100 per cent on meeting all my personal needs at a very reasonable price. It is light. At 2.82 pounds, it is gorgeous in its Jasper Gray metal case and sports a beautiful 14-inch touchscreen OLED panel. It does not have 2.8K resolution, but for office work the color accurate 400 nit (500 nits with HDR enabled) screen with 1920 X 1200 resolution is just fine for me and should increase battery life for the snappy Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor. This model sports a hefty 75-watt hour battery. Battery life is more important to me than extended resolution. If you must have 2.8K, there is another Asus model sold by Best Buy that meets that spec, albeit for a higher price. If you are torn on this issue, simply visit your local Best Buy and compare the screens. I could not be happier with mine. For office work and media consumption, it is perfect. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 RAM and a1TB Gen 4 SSD further complement this Evo Edition package, and ports are plentiful. There is a single 3.2 USB-A port on the left side, and two USB-C ports on the right. Each USB-C port can pass video and serve as a charging connection, and they are both Thunderbolt 4 speced. There is also an HDMI port on the right as well as a headphone jack. If you need an SD card slot or ethernet, you’ll need a dongle. On a thin laptop like this one, there is simply not enough physical space to supply every possible physical port. The lighted keyboard is comfortable, and the keys are well spaced with enough travel to make typing a pleasure. The webcam is 1080p and produces a natural, detailed picture. The camera is infrared and works with Windows Hello for hands- free login. There is no fingerprint sensor. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor literally tears through office work and web browsing. It is also more than adequate for light video editing and should easily handle your photo editing chores. I am not a gamer, so you will need to look to other reviewers for their opinions on gaming. I do not think this laptop is aimed at hard core gamers. Neither heat nor fan noise has plagued me during my testing of this model. You should expect exemplary battery life, along with efficient performance. I can easily get a full day of battery life with my office productivity chores. I love this Asus. Highly recommended.

Verdict: I have been more and more impressed with Asus computers… Both their gaming laptops and productivity laptops are impressive. The new Asus Zenbook 14 laptop is no exception. It is compact but capable, notably with an intel Core Ultra i7, 16gb or RAM, and a 1TB SSD drive. The OLED screen is beautiful, and matches the quality, feel, and sleek design of the laptop. First impressions. This laptop looks great; I love the dark grey color. It’s thin and portable. The full HD OLED screen is also very thin with virtually no bezel, and it’s actually a touchscreen! It has a webcam with a privacy shutter (thank you!). The keyboard has lighted keys that feel comfortable and type quietly. At this size, the keyboard does not offer a dedicated numeric keypad, which is normal. The trackpad is very generous and works well. Setup was similar to other Windows laptops. Performance. I am quite pleased with this laptop… it brings a lot of things together very nicely. If you are not a heavy gamer, I think this offers compelling specs for a solid laptop for home, work, and travel. The intel processor is fast and tuned to better support AI functions. The screen is beautiful for work and media; full HD and 60hz refresh is plenty for a wonderful experience. Storage is fast and ample. And RAM makes multitasking easy for multiple programs, endless browser tabs, and streaming, all done simultaneously. At only 3lbs, it makes a wonderful travel companion. At 14 inches, it packs easily into a backpack, and "military spec" means that it will last a long time. The speakers sound good, and the webcam is HD quality with interesting additional features. Things I love. - Weighs less than 3lbs; it’s thin, small, and highly portable - Advertised to have 15 hours of battery life, so you can take on the road for all day battery - Windows 11, including copilot! - intel Core Ultra i7 with an integrated AI engine - Great multitasking with 16GB of RAM - 1TB SSD drive for fast boot up and plenty of space - Built-in HD webcam with a privacy shutter and built in microphone - Thin OLED screen (60hz refresh rate) with almost no bezel - Quality speakers and sound - Runs very quietly; virtually no fan noise - Comfortable and quiet keyboard with a large trackpad - Meets MIL-STD 810H military standards for reliability in the harshest conditions - Beautiful screen saver and new Asus logo Things I don’t love. - Only two USB-C ports (one used for power most of the time), one USB-A port, and one HDMI - No dedicated graphics card to support graphic intensive work or gaming, but the integrated card will support most light to medium requirements - The plug adapter gets noticeably hot Overall, this is a wonderful laptop that will meet most people’s professional and personal needs, minus for heavy gamers. Best of all, it is adequate for work, home use, and especially travel. The new Asus Zenbook 14 delivers quality. I highly recommend this laptop.

In my business I need a reliable compact PC with good power to handle different task. The ASUS Q425 does not disappoint. The initial setup was easily performed and taking it on jobs with me is much nicer than my bigger PC. The initial setup was as easy as plugging it in for about 30 mins to let the battery charge a bit. Then upon turning it on it booted up really quickly and I was able to go through the process really quickly. I think it was one of the easiest processes of setting up a PC that I’ve ever had. This thing even downloaded programs very quickly. I do a lot of maintenance work and it requires me to process a lot of pictures and work orders. I also review lots of videos and make videos for my clients to show the work performed and I’ve yet to have one glitch. One of the programs I use wouldn’t run smoothly on my other PC and this one runs it with ease. When using the ASUS Q425 for watching videos I’m really impressed. The colors are vibrant and the speaker quality is top notch. I’ve also noticed when I don’t have high quality internet this ASUS still performs really well. On my off time I enjoy playing simulator games and the quality of the graphics are very good and the movement of the simulator is crisp. On my previous laptop I’ve had entire work orders go blank while using it and have lost valuable data. With this one I have yet to lose data or performance. While using the Q425 to edit videos I realized that this unit makes it light work of editing. The program I use, I have used for years and I can definitely tell a difference when using the Q425. It takes a fraction of the time to process data and turn frames spliced together into a well-made final product. All in all, I’ll say for the compact size this PC is very powerful and a treat to travel and work with. I take this thing with me everywhere now. It has quicky become my go to laptop for work and pleasure. I have had numerous laptops, but this one is one of the best and it’s impressive how this little thing performs. If you’re looking for a great compact PC that does many things well, then the ASUS Q425 is for you.

I’ve been using the ASUS Zenbook 14 (Intel Core Ultra 7 – Intel Evo Edition) for a few months now, and honestly, I’m super impressed. First off, the OLED touchscreen is absolutely gorgeous. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything just pops. Whether I'm streaming Netflix or editing photos, the display makes a huge difference. It's also responsive to touch, which is a nice bonus for quick scrolling and zooming. Performance-wise, this thing flies. The Intel Core Ultra 7 chip combined with 16GB of RAM makes multitasking seamless. I’ve had 15+ tabs open, Spotify playing, and some light Photoshop work going on without any lag. The 1TB SSD is super fast and gives me more than enough space for all my work files and media. The build quality is another strong point. The Zenbook feels premium and sturdy, but it’s still lightweight and portable. The Jasper Gray finish is sleek and professional—subtle, but elegant. Battery life has been solid so far. I'm averaging around 8-9 hours with moderate use, and it charges up quickly when needed. A couple of minor downsides: the speakers are decent, but not mind-blowing, and the keyboard takes a bit of getting used to (a little less key travel than I’m used to). But those are small trade-offs given the overall package. If you're looking for a stylish, powerful, and reliable laptop with an amazing display, the Zenbook 14 is a no-brainer. Definitely worth the price.

The Asus Zenbook Q425 offers an incredible value with excellent performance, and I’d even go as far as to say that it rivals more expensive windows laptops or even the latest MacBooks in some of its capabilities. So, if you’re looking for a windows laptop that boasts shockingly great battery life, a vibrant 500 nit full HD OLED display, an absurd amount of storage, a massive glass trackpad, backlit keys, two thunderbolt/USB type-C ports, a 1080p webcam with a built-in camera cover…. Okay, okay. I admit, that list could go on a while. What I’m trying to get at is that this laptop is something special, especially at its price point. Before receiving this laptop, I’d read a little about Intel’s new Evo laptops. At face value, they promise at least baseline performance of 10-hours battery life, instant on from sleep, fast charging, and quiet laptop performance (meaning you won’t be hearing a fan constantly droning on). So, I was excited to give this laptop a spin. Setup was a breeze, as has been the case for Windows for several years now. Once I was up and running, after installing all system updates and charging the laptop fully, I decided to put the battery to the test. I wanted to put it through a common scenario: you’re on a long plane ride and want to binge watch your favorite show. So, I opened Netflix to something I knew was in HDR (high dynamic range) and let it play through. After an hour and a half, I was amazed to see the battery had barely budged, having fell to around 94-95% and STILL promising me 10-hours of battery life. I restarted the program again and let it run, and when I came back (now 3 hours running on battery) it still had 87% battery with remaining life of 8-hours and 45-minutes. I had barely put a dent in the thing. The battery still held up solidly, though it was not quite as stellar when browsing with several tabs in Chrome. I’d say just eyeballing it, that it drained maybe 10% faster in this scenario. But given that the laptop boasts 15-hours of battery life, that 10% brings you down to 13.5 hours of battery, theoretically. That’s nothing to shake a stick at. For comparison, the latest MacBook Air’s claim up to 18-hours of battery life. So, with the Zenbook you’re getting pretty dang close for a Windows machine. Now, as I was watching this program on Netflix I was also in awe at the display. OLED is just so much more pretty to the eye than most other display types, with micro-LED as maybe the closest competitor. With OLED you get the deepest blacks because each pixel is individually lit. So, if no light or color data is sent to those pixels i.e. for pitch blacks, those pixels are truly turned off. With other display types that are traditionally backlit, you don’t get that and will typically get light bleed which can be reduced by local dimming as is seen on some TVs. We’re used to OLED displays on our phones by this point, however, seeing it on a screen as large as a laptop’s just felt that much more immersive. The screen does only have a 60hz refresh rate, but I could care less because it makes up for it in solid battery life. Performance wise, the Zenbook boasts 16 gigs of ram, a whole terabyte of solid-state storage, and an Intel Evo Ultra 7 processor. This thing is no slouch. In terms of anything office, business, or personal daily use wise, you’ll be hard pressed to make this machine hiccup. Now it’s not necessarily built for gaming, but I’m sure at some reduced settings you could play some basic games, though I did not give that a go. What I did notice is that absolutely nothing I did on this laptop felt like it took any time to register: opening any app feels instantaneous, waking the computer from sleep is snappy, switching between open applications is speedy as can be. Plus, the amount of storage you get on this thing (1tb SSD) would cost you hundreds of dollars with some competitors (I’m calling you out, Apple). Last thing I want to draw attention to is the laptop’s speakers. I personally feel like most manufacturers give last thought to their laptop’s speakers, and ultimately slap whatever bottom barrel tin-sounding tweeters than can find to fit in their machines. That is not the case with the Harmon Kardon enhanced speakers on this machine. It honestly is the best sounding Windows laptop I’ve ever heard. I say this as someone who owns an M2 Pro MacBook Pro that has, in my opinion, the best speakers of any laptop. The Harmon Kardon tuned speakers can make this little unit a solid portable TV, without the need to use headphones or a Bluetooth speaker to get any halfway decent sound quality. Music on this machine produces deeper low-ends than most other laptops I’ve used/tried, which fills out the EQ nicely. Given that there’s nary a single bad thing I have to say about this laptop, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a performance Windows laptop that goes toe-to-toe with more expensive competitors. Plus, it doesn’t look half bad either on top of it all.

Performance Evaluation: • In testing, the laptop proved to be a solid performer, adeptly handling a blend of productivity tasks, entertainment, and basic gaming without breaking a sweat. I experienced no issues with thermal management or performance while engaging in multitasking scenarios, such as compiling code while streaming music. Its stellar battery life stood out, easily lasting through a day of web browsing and movie streaming during travel. • The AI-supporting (NPU) processor has been a particular focus of my testing, especially regarding its capability in running AI models for data analytics. The design is sleek and modern, with a beautiful matte finish that resists fingerprints. • Display: The 14” Full HD display is crisp and bright with good color accuracy. Bezels are super thin, giving it a clean look. Some models even offer an OLED version, which looks stunning. • Performance: Powered by an Intel Core i5/i7 (or Ryzen 5/7 depending on model), it handles daily tasks, multitasking, and even some light photo editing with ease. No noticeable lag. • Battery Life: This is a standout feature—easily gets 10–12 hours of regular use on a single charge. Great for long workdays or travel. • Keyboard & Trackpad: Typing is comfortable with good key travel. The trackpad is responsive and includes the neat NumberPad feature (a virtual numpad built into the touchpad), which is a clever touch. • Ports: Unlike many other ultrabooks, the ZenBook 14 still includes a good variety of ports—USB-A, USB-C (with charging), HDMI, and a microSD slot. Cons: • Speakers: They’re decent but not mind-blowing. Gets the job done for Zoom calls and light music, but you’ll want headphones for anything immersive. Final Verdict: The ASUS 14 is an excellent choice for students, professionals, and anyone who needs a stylish, powerful, and portable laptop. It offers outstanding value for money, especially compared to pricier competitors like the Dell XPS 13 or MacBook Air. Highly recommended!
