Buying this phone was a major mistake. Approximately 25% of the calls are dropped midway through the call. The "unsurpassed range" will not do you any good if the phone hangs up when you are in the middle of a call (and this happens with 1 out of every 4 calls).

I really want to rate this 3-3/4 stars. A decent phone for a very nice price. I just needed to have a cordless phone with answering system. Does just that. It can also do call blocking, as well as coordinate a cell phone to also ring. Neither of these features were of interest to me especially since directions looked too complicated to set up these functions. Might try them later after I’m more accustomed to the phone. Set up: Fairly easy though I have to say the instructions aren’t always the best, but tech written instructions tend to be like this. Sound: good sound on the phones. Handset display: good...able to see functions, numbers, etc very clearly. Large numbers on keys are great. Ringers: I wish the ringing was louder on the handsets. I have a hearing loss and without my hearing aids I don’t hear the hand sets as easily as I did with my older AT&T phone. Complaints: The handsets delay ringing. The base rings before it shows on the handset. Very annoying since I have the system set for 5 rings but only 4 actually ring on the handset. Overall I feel as if the response to rings and other functions seems to have a slight delay which is unusual for a digital product. Speaker function could also be louder as could the message playback. Directory: I had an older AT&T phone that was easier to enter numbers and to retrieve numbers. But directory in this model holds many more numbers which is a real plus. Accessing the directory takes an additional step of hitting directory key and then entering a letter so you go to the right spot. My older phone was easier sorry to say.

I like the style and easy operation of this telephone. The telephone reception is very good and the price is great. The setup and charging of this telephone is very easy. The ability to set rings and block unwanted calls is an extra plus.

I am very happy with the phones. The sound is clear, there are plenty of features, and you can set them up exactly how you'd like. I have not received a single unwanted call since their purchase . The phone even recognized an over seas call and let it through as I wanted. The range is also very good. Switching between call block and letting some, or all calls through is very simple. It comes with a detailed paper instruction manual! No web site download of a hard to see manual. Good job AT&T.

Exactly what I was looking for……great features, perfect size, easy to set up, affordable price and call blocking ! My old phone lasted 5 years, different brand. Time will tell if the AT&T outlast a competitor.

I like these phones alot. The setup was easy. Customizing my greeting was easy. The phones have great range of distance. They reach out to my mailbox and out to my backyard. The phones sound clear. The build quality is great. The phones are not bulky and have a good feel in your hand. I purchased these phones on sale for $39.95. Great value for this price.

purchased for my mother after she recently moved into assisted living facility replacing a one phone system. One facility workers correctly installed it (covid restrictions kept me from doing it) she loved it. Portable in 2 different rooms is the cats pajamas for her. Easy for her to use, has learned how to use the speaker button for hands free.

I just needed a small system with Bluetooth ability and this phone does it all. Easy set -up, good range, and works with landline or VOIP. Can connect with cell phone. I don't use the answering system so can't comment. The handsets are good sized and sturdy as I have found when dropped one. I have not had it but for a month but so far it has presented no issues. I really can't note any problems or issues. Also the big keys are helpful as I have big hands and poor sight.

We're very happy with this purchase. Easy to setup and to use. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Light weight. Love that we walk all over with it. The range is wide. I can take the phone out to the mailbox and the backyard and it still works. It's like the model we had for years which we really like. Good value and quality product. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Thank you.
