Sound is clear on corded handset and pretty good on the cordless sets. Detects robocalls to make avoiding them easier.

This set satisfies my needs and works as advertised, My only complaint is that, like do many products these days, it has too many features and it is not immediately obvious how to use some of them. The call blocking function is particularly desirable, but also particularly complicated. Also, being able to invoke all functions from the hand sets as well as the base unit is a very good feature, but the fact that the layout of functions is different in the two environments gets in the way. On the whole, I judge the product on the positive side..

The main phone and the two satellite phones are all working as designed. It took me a while to figure out how to get them all set up right, but I finally got it done. So far so good!

This phone has a lot of features. Expandable to 12 handsets! Clear speakers, Big text on displays. Great for older people.

I bought this phone for my 88 year old mother. It was similar to her old Panasonic corded phone that was not working correctly. It is easy for her to use. She loves the 2 handsets. No more running to answer the phone.

The phone system, with the cordless extensions was very easy to install and set up. The sound on the calls are very loud and clear, no problems

Takes a while to learn how to program the Directory, Blocks and Allows. With the Blocking turned on, friends were getting cut off after two rings, since they were not programmed into the system. I have found it necessary to turn off the blocking system until I think I have almost everyone properly coded. Everything is getting easier and the sound is of good quality. ,

Really straight forward and easy to use. Has better range than the one I had before

Very happy with this phone system. It was not plug in and ready, set, go-at least for me. I used the manual constantly to get the system up and running. But it was so worth it. The call screening and blocking works very well. It is wonderful to have the system block all the robot, telemarketing calls. I highly recommend this system.

The call block function is terrific in preventing spam calls from getting through. An unknown incoming caller must state their name and press the # key. If the call is permitted, you have the option of picking up or letting it go to voicemail.

This phone has a huge CID screen, allows you to sort calls into allow, directory, or blocked. It will announce calls coming in and let you know when a blocked number tries to call without ringing. It has a great speaker feature and will allow you to block incoming calls without answering the phone, holding up to 1,000 blocked numbers. This has made our lives so much easier since we started using it.

It is fine. It does what it says. I was disappointed in the caller ID announce, in that it doesn't announce the name until the 3rd ring.
