I considered a polycom, but this unit did the same thing for much less cost; and, came with two cordless units. I do wish it had a headphone jack, I overlooked that it did not. Overall, a great desktop or wall mount unit, with two other cordless units for other areas in your home or office.

But, I chose the right one. Works great....all I am not so crazy about is that I could not get the call block to actually block calls from numbers that I added to the Block List.
