    I bought these for my mom and she said they work well. She hasn’t called me for any issues with them so they must be good. I can’t give them five stars because I don’t use them and cannot judge the quality.

    This is a good phone system for the price. The only negative is that my 94 year old mother has a difficult time managing the up/down/side button. It appears to be too sensitive in that you have to be careful of how hard or where you push. Other than that it works like a basic landline system with answering machine.
