Setup ok, but all functions not so easy to do

Some I have stopped using until I have time to dedicate to working with it.

Decent Phone

Easy to set up and use

The only problem was getting the battery door to stay on (I put it on incorrectly). Use the directions to set up and voila!

Best Buy would not exchange it because I bought it more than 14 days earlier and did not buy their rip off insurance. Don't shop at a store that only has a 14 day return policy - it is unreasonable for the junk that they sell.
