I had a little difficulty with the installation but found I had placed one plug in the wrong place. This phone, though, works great. The other phone I bought a few years ago at Best Buy was lousy. People could not hear me on the phone in my office. However, with this one, they can. It is a great phone. God bless.

The best part of the buy was they matched Amazons price. Great deal. The phone itself has a large lit keypad great for an older person. Also there is no background noise due to the HD quality sound of the phone. Recommend this for phone.

I bought this for my 90 year old mother. It has some fabulous features that I am hoping will work perfectly. It has so many features that I have not had a chance to explore all the possibilities. I rated it only as a 'good' because of the aspects I don't know.

This phone system with built in answering machine is just what we needed and we love the quality and everything it does for us personally and for our business. We love the fact that it announces who is calling so that we don't have to get up and run to grab a call from unsolicited people.

Our old phone quit working so I picked this one up. I wanted a speakerphone as I call in to meetings for work as well. The speaker is not the greatest but it beats the cheesy little speakers on the back of handsets or holding the phone.

It was easy to set up and pretty easy for her to use. My only complaint is that the on/off button and the play button are very close and since she doesn't see well she at times will cut it off instead of playing the messages.

Our home phone died, so we ran to Best Buy and purchased another just like the one that died. Easy to set up and doesn't take up much space. I would recommend this phone for anyone who was looking for a cordless phone.

When I looked at this phone at the store I figured it would be hard to navigate through giving all the options and buttons but once I unpacked the phone the instructions made it easy to set up.

I can go from the 3rd floor to the basement without having to worry about distortion or noise in the phone because I'm too far away from the base unit. I love it...

It just what i was looking for. I needed a phone in my den but did not have the wiring for a phone. The range is great, I can take the phone out in my yard while i sit at the patio.

Very easy to set up for use, just plug and play. Many, many functions and without reading the manual I had some issue with checking voice mail from the secondary phone, but instructions are simple.

Being used by my 84 year old mother in law and only complaint is hand set ringer needs to be louder. Besides that it is a great phone for her and her needs.

I had struggled in the past with the speaker and mic with other phone systems, but this one works just great. It's easy to play your messages and save contacts into the memory.

Descent product, easy to install, call quality good, not so easy to navigate through the menu options though. Good buy at this price, but may be next time if required will buy a better product.

I'm not much of a landline person, but I had gotten a phone through my cable company and needed a phone. This one works great, has multiple ring tone options, and caller ID. Includes two handsets. Perfect for a home phone!

After some disappointments, finally a phone that does the simple things I ask of it. Battery live, range and a decent speaker phone.

I live in a townhouse apartment and I was concerned about the signal strength being strong enough to reach up stairs wirelessly. The signal is strong and clear.

This is our land line phone replacing some Panasonic phones that finally died. This item is very well rounded in features and includes plenty of volume and control. We are very pleased with this product.
