Good phone system for home use.

The call block feature is great for blocking robo calls, but had to get the family phone numbers into the phone system directory so they didn't get confused when they were asked to state their name for the call screen process. Would have been 5 stars except the battery cover comes off when holding the phone to my ear.

Has eliminated robo calls.

Takes some serious study of the owner's manual, but then it becomes fairly easy to use. It has eliminated every robo call. Stores 1000 blocked calls; I have blocked over 100 in the first 2 weeks. We still receive up to 14 attempted robo calls in a single day, but we block them. Only a few have left messages, but then I transfer that call to the block list.

Love the smart call blocker

And, if I'm not mistaken, from what I read in the accompanying paperwork, it can receive text messages as well. Certainly a step up from my previous basic phone system & I'm happy with the purchase.

You can always rely on an AT&T product

Reviewed other brands and customer reviews. Decided to stick with a brand I knew. I wasn’t disappointed. Most of the features were the same which made it easy to set up the system. I love the call blocking feature and other upgrades that my previous phone didn’t have.
