Built-in call blocker works to effectively block robo type calls because they can not respond to blocker request to press a button to complete the call. I got my privacy back from annoying robo calls, and now I answer real calls rather than letting all of them go to voice mail. This was a good choice for me.

This call blocking phone takes time to set up, and the instructions may not be the easiest to follow, but once you set it up it seems to do the job. You do need to enter the phone numbers for all your allowed contacts. My phone rarely rings because at least 80% of the calls I was getting were spam/solicitations.

I bought this phone to replace one I had for about 10 years. It has a screening function which has helped me greatly as I receive a lot of spam calls. The phone will not even ring once if the person does not comply with the screening process. Definitely recommend!

This system was bought to replace my older system, very similar to this, and works great. Has more memory and other useful items than the old one, which was same brand and lasted for many years. I would highly recommend it for those with a large residence needing more than one phone.

Our new home phone system announces calls and is easy to use. It records messages and lets you know when you have missed callers that did not leave messages. The handsets are spread throughout the house. If you misplace one, the base phone can help you find it.

There is a bonus feature for this 2-line phone. If you have one or two cell phones, you can plug them into the base to charge them, and also answer them from the base and also from every extension. I live in a 3 story house and that feature allows the two of us to answer both our cell phones as well as the 2 landlines we have on any extension anywhere in the house. NO MORE running to find a phone when it rings. This is awesome! I did recommend this to a friend who also purchased it.

Bought these as an early gift for the parents. More wireless handsets than needed but couldn’t go wrong for the price.

Needed a replacement for an old hard wired system. This system was perfect. Call blocking is a great feature. I found some of the features a little hard to work with (mainly setting up the directory). My only complaint is the the voice used to announce the caller is difficult to understand. Other than that it is a great system.

Updated to cable phone and these worked out great, enough phoes to place around the house

I bought these phones for a one major feature. I do not receive ANY ROBO calls anymore. My phone doesn't ring but for only people I have authorized. If there is a robot calling then my phone reject them and I do not have to be annoyed for unsolicited callers./

Not a bad system for the price. Can't find the space key for entering names into the Directory ... the Smart Call Blocker is kinda extreme ... and can be annoying to folks that are not in the Directory. Quality of sound is good ... if you need 4 handsets, this set will work fine.

Like the blocking feature, however, time consuming to set up directories. Took numerous attempts to find the correct directory to enter data. Options did not appear as the instruction book indicated they would. Set up now and works well.

If a phone number is not in my contacts, I don't hear it ring unless they state their name. So I rarely hear it ring because most calls are robo calls attempting to spam me or phish for info.

We purchase this product to replace our 20 year ATT phones. Although they are made completely out of plastic versus the previous system we had which had some metal pieces integrated, they appear to be made well enough to absorb unintentional drops on the floor. It was easy to just plug in the new base and the remaining sub bases. Then we started using the phone. We did not activate the call blocking, since we just don't answer calls from phone numbers we do not recognize. We have voice mail thru our local phone company so we continue to use that feature instead of setting up voice mail with the phone system. We have used this for two months now and have had no issues.

Did have some difficulty since it was a different brand- Technical stuff is hard to use but that is the now time which everything is going digital. We still like to have a home line and so we are learning to use this set. Quality appears great.

We have had this phone system for over a year now. It has been great for nearly eliminating telemarketers. The one thing I think they could have done better on is to have greater capability in the phone book, you can only save 30 phone numbers. Overall great!

I like that this includes 4 cordless phones along with the caller id on the main base. You can also makes calls from the main base without even having to use one of the phones. It is very convenient
