Nice, large, easy to read buttons and screen characters. The phone is very dependable and easy to use. I find it to be much better than my previous phone.

We purchased this phone for 99 year old lady in assisted living facility. Her hands and fingers are quite weak and stiff, and a cosed cation phone was very difficult to answer and she had difficulty returning the handset..The handset on the new phone is much easier to handle and she is understanding conversations much better

Nice phone. Verbally states who is calling and lists the caller for screening purposes. The Duo provides an answering machine as well that is easy to use. Works exactly as needed.

My mom needed a new phone that had large buttons, easy to use and louder than her last. This one was able to take care of all her needs.

We bought this for our 99 year old aunt so she would not have to walk to her stationary phone. We didn't set up the answering machine function or speed dial as we didn't want to overwhelm her with too much tech stuff. Her vision is somewhat impaired so I painted the call button with bright green fingernail polish and the hang up with bright red. It was easy for her because it worked pretty much like her landline phone. Find my phone feature is a plus. When we called her later she answered on the second ring rather than about 20 rings as she had done before.

For those who need to use a land line phone, this one is easy to set up and the sound quality is great. Definitely worth getting if you need to replace your old home phone.
