We found this phone easy to install, the sound is clear and loud enough, and it is relatively easy to use.

I bought this for my grandma since her old phone died. She loves it. Simple set up, buttons are good size and she loves the features. Not to expensive.

This is a good quality phone with answering system. Easy to set up, easy to use, very functional and an excellent bargain.

The AT&T - CRL32102 Cordless Phone with Answering System is not perfect but it is probably the best of all the wall-mount cordless phones I researched and (in one case) returned. Many cordless phones claim to be wall-mountable but they use a mount that only works in the Peoples' Republic of Last Wednesday. This was the only one that Best Buy carries that can actually fit on a U.S.-standard wall mount, and the salesman and I went through the packaging of several different models to find this one. Kudos to Best Buy for realizing we had some kind of labelling problem and manually sorting it out. The phone is great except for being unable to adjust a few things such as the annunciator volume. But it may be the only game in town.

Phone works great. Like the bigger numbers that light up. Excellent sound. No problems so far at all. Easy set up.

Bought this for my aging parents. Super simple set up and nice big numbers so easy to read. Very easy to retrieve messages and delete them.

Bought the phone for my mom in the nursing home. She is able to answer and make calls. The numbers are large enough for her to see. Only thing is I should have bought a 2 station system.

Sounds great, I love the big buttons makes it easy to dial. Only negative is that it has no shoulder grip. Feels a little slippery. But other than that great phone.
