I brought this phone when my cell phone was going down to its last days. While I was in the midst of getting a new cell phone, I thought it would be good to have a house phone . I found this phone at a good price and contact my Internet company to make sure this phone would work and of course it did. It has been a great purchase and addition at the home to have an extra phone line.

I like it I just wish that you could adjust the volume for the machine lower. When it records it is kind of loud and I have it to the lowest volume.

I needed a good phone with caller- id that lights up and good size buttons. I have really enjoyed using it.

The very old answering machine was very difficult to even set up its basic functions. This includes setting the date and time of the calls. When there were power outages all information was lost. This new answering is very easy to operate. Even with power outage the information is not lost.

I like the phone . It works well and it was easy to set up when I got it home. Only negative is I cannot use my phone companies voice mail service. You have to use the answering machine built into the phone. I have read all the set up instructions and tried several times but I still cannot use voice mail.
