    I like it I just wish that you could adjust the volume for the machine lower. When it records it is kind of loud and I have it to the lowest volume.

    This quality is good, very easy to read, some of the setup menu items are not quite intuitively laid out, and the sound quality is good, not great, adequate.

    I like the phone . It works well and it was easy to set up when I got it home. Only negative is I cannot use my phone companies voice mail service. You have to use the answering machine built into the phone. I have read all the set up instructions and tried several times but I still cannot use voice mail.

    The very old answering machine was very difficult to even set up its basic functions. This includes setting the date and time of the calls. When there were power outages all information was lost. This new answering is very easy to operate. Even with power outage the information is not lost.

    We bought this phone for my 96 year old mother in law who is very hard of hearing. We have tried multiple phones and not only is she able to hear on this phone, it is easy for her to use. She would recommend this phone. Another plus is the affordable price.

    Bought for my 82 year old Mom who does not see or hear well. She is able to hear well with the loud volume and the large numbers make it easier to dial and answer. The answering machine was easy for her to learn as well. Thank you for a Senior friendly phone.

    This is a well built and designed phone. It is easy to set up and really easy to use. I had to download the complete users manual because the partial manual that came in the box was missing a small detail regarding entering a phone number in the directory. Other than that, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a really good phone.
