Nice and small and compact. Offers a lot of features for a small phone with an answering machine.

Bought for my 82 year old Mom who does not see or hear well. She is able to hear well with the loud volume and the large numbers make it easier to dial and answer. The answering machine was easy for her to learn as well. Thank you for a Senior friendly phone.

This is a well built and designed phone. It is easy to set up and really easy to use. I had to download the complete users manual because the partial manual that came in the box was missing a small detail regarding entering a phone number in the directory. Other than that, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a really good phone.

I bought this phone for my mom, big numbers,rings loud and very easy for her to use. It has alot of great features but mom will never figure them out, she's still learning how to retrieve her messages. As long as she can hear it ring and see the numbers to call out, she's happy. So overall, it's a good phone for her,

This quality is good, very easy to read, some of the setup menu items are not quite intuitively laid out, and the sound quality is good, not great, adequate.

The system I purchased at the store did not work properly and in some areas not at all. But I had purchased the extended warranty and I called AT& T and they sent me a new system and I have not had any problems. I like it.

This phone is just what we needed after our 20 year old phone broke. It was easy to set up and works well. Just make sure you order the base with phone and not just the handset. We just ordered the handset first but are happy we have both now so we have an extra phone in another room.

If you have to have a house phone this one is nice and compact with lots of features.

Keyboard is a great improvement over previous phone. Setup is pretty easy except for ringer volume, which is so difficult I've subtracted a star. There does not seem to be a direct way to change the volume. Following the instructions will get you there about 1 time in 5, and I haven't found a better way. Other than that, I really like it.
