works good for me i love the clarity the size the answer machine loud and clear

I only have this because my internet came with a home phone line. I wanted the cheapest phone I could find at BestBuy. This was it, and it actually works really well. Sound is clearer that I expected, and the handset holds a charge forever. Looks nice too.

I have tried other phones that really didnt do a good job and as I only need one for my home this one does a great job with good quality sound and also holds the charge well.

I bought this phone for my mom who is elderly. It has big buttons. It's easy to navigate. The screen is a decent size. The number presses are said out loud on the phone with each press. It's perfect for her.

My old phone system had died and I picked up this one. It is easy to set up and is user friendly. I was surprised when the first call came in on it and not only was there a digital caller ID there was also a vocal ID. That is a great feature.

The phone/answer machine was purchased for a friend. Had no problem setting it up and it works great. Not too many features but the person it was bought for is a senior and they don't need a lot of features. Plus they like the large numbers. Recommended!

My old answering machine died, after 15 yrs of constant duty. I purchased the AT&T CRL 32102 and read the instructions this phone has lots of options. Almost everything is adjustable. The hand set is light with a speaker option. Volume and EQ adjustable. Ten number speed dial. And more room for listings memory. The sound Quality is good and there is an automatic, default answer when you are away. Also has a digital recorder to make you own answer after 2,3,or 4 rings settable in the menu on the hand set. The price is very reasonable and the value 5 star.

I bought this phone for my grandmother. She began not to see the caller ID well. The phone is able to tell her who is calling and what numbers she is pressing when she wants to make a phone call.

Got it for my Mom for Christmas because she has eye disease and almost blind in left eye, so she could not see numbers or who was calling. She loves this phone. It's also loud enough for her. Only downside is it only rings twice and then directly goes to answering machine. She really likes it though because she can hear people when they call.

I needed a land line to converse with my hearing impaired mother ; cell phones don't work. The sound clarity is great, as good as a corded phone. The large buttons are nice for the visually impaired. Very user friendly device.

This phone fit my needs and my budget. I can program the type and volume of the ring, and I don't need to record a message. It is intuitive to operate and the battery life is good. I like the 'find phone' feature. This is a good purchase.

I like the phone. Easy to enter names & numbers, easy to set up the answering machine. Size is perfect for my office desk. The voices comes out so clear as if the person you are speaking to is standing next to you.

Needed to find a phone for an elderly person with very poor eyesight. This phone has a large display and keys which makes it easy to read and dial. Voice which announces the caller's ID is a great feature.
