    With only one handset, this phone was supposed to have that one handset registered to the base. I tried everything the manual said to do. I almost returned it, as I could not get the cordless handset to work. After going ONLINE I figured out I needed to unplug the battery on the cordless unit and unplug the corded set to clear the memory and allow re-registration (this was NOT in the manual). Very bad form!!
