We needed a new Webcam when our Church started using Zoom meetings for a Sunday School class. Webcams were in short supply then and this happened to be available. It is a little pricey but the video quality is superb and it worked well right out of the box.

I picked this up at the start of the pandemic because I knew that I'd be spending more time on Zoom meetings. Couldn't be a be a better purchase. The video is crystal clear and I am able to use Zoom backgrounds without a greenscreen for great effect.

This has been a perfect webcam for Zoom and MS Teams video conferences. It offers features like zoom and panning via the remote control that make it much easier to crop and position your cam. Worth the extra money over the less expensive webcam models..

This camera has fantastic video quality. Once plugged into your computer your computer finds it in no time and it’s ready to use. Getting the audio to work is my only sticking point. It can be a bit complicated as this camera is designed to work with a codec unit, but it works without the codec. I did have some trouble getting it to work across all video chat platforms too. The video always worked, the audio sometimes wouldn’t.

Set this up in a conference room for Zoom meetings. It comes with a remote that lets you zoom in and out as well. Picture is great - we set it on top of a wall-mounted TV and have had no issues whatsoever.

Remarkable camera: very clear focus, remote which zooms quickly from very wide view to quite close-up. Makes you look better than you do! Highly recommended.

Excellent, this is a good camera. It shows an excellent quality picture, especially for zooming. And also the microphone works very well. Good product.

Needed a webcam. Only one available. This could be a great tool for the right setting, but as a webcam this thing is overly complicated and getting the right setting for quality video took quite a while. The $300 ish price tag was a benchmark for quality, and I returned it disappointed.

One of my friends recommended this camera to be used for video conferencing. I was surprised with image quality, I recommend it without any doubt.

Perfect for inside use, great zoom feature. But does not have good picture if used outdoors.

I would bye on again. Love the remote that comes with.

I opted to buy this out of sheer availability even though it's roughly double the cost of any higher end webcam for use in my home office. I had higher expectations with the price. It's a fairly substantial webcam, but clearly designed with a closed in conference room setup as it's focal point. The zoom and HD features are cool, but not a must have. The mounting clip is a little clunky as the camera itself doesn't pivot without adjusting the entire camera. It's somewhat dangling off the top of my monitor as a result. My office has a window to my right side, and even though my office does not get direct sunlight, the Huddle Webcam completely washes out one side of my face. I had to move my location where I was between the two windows in my office with my desk. The camera became completely unusable at that point. The terrible built in one on my laptop was "superior." It's works just fine with lamp light and at dusk, but expect to have half your face look like a ghost if you have a window in your proximity. If you are in an office or conference room with no windows, I think this camera will work just fine. I can't speak to the networking features of it as I am using it standalone, but I am sure a business would have a better experience. Avaya makes it difficult to make any sort of inquiry if you don't have a business account. However, when I finally did (I was having initial connectivity issues), I had 5 different people working on the case to help me. While kinda cool, I had to tell 3 of them to close the ticket since apparently they don't communicate....

Very solid piece of equipment but using it for a computer webcam so maybe a bit over priced for that. Probably great with the system it is designed to be used with. Works as a webcam.

Love the cam and super bummed the first one I purchased stopped working all of a sudden only 1 year and 2 months since purchased. sigh. Too expensive to not last longer. And yes, I got another one....

Only issue, which may be operator error, is the camera seems to stutter a bit when I am using the remote. Not a big deal.
