Only useful if with the Avaya Spaces application

While it is an Android platform and you can download and install the most popular web conferencing apps (e.g., Zoom, Webex), it is tailored for use with Avaya's conferencing application called Spaces. Its usability is not great with anything other than Avaya. It can be difficult to install and configure if you are a novice. I do not recommend this product for anyone that is not using the Avaya Spaces web conference/collaboration application.

Seemed way too complicated to get set up. It was way beyond my own level of experience so had no choice but to return it.

Setup was pretty straightforward for me. User interface is very simple to use and for more complex configurations, the web interface is handy. Image quality of the camera is just awesome. This is now my device of choice for all my online meetings.

I needed something better than a traditional laptop camera for all of these “work from home” meetings. Easy setup, great quality, and provided the "work" experience I was looking for.
