    Brought back my steering wheel controls like promised. Was a little confused during instillation but figured it out and works just like it did before I upgraded my factory head unit.

    Items works great in my 2010 Titan, I do suggest you go to manufacturers website and download vehicle specific information. I had to download the spec sheet for a 2011 Titan but it did work when following the steps.

    My sons car was a 2004, bought new stereo from best buy and this part allowed buttons on steering wheel to work with stereo as originally manufactured.

    Not much to say about it....it is simply perfect. I did order the plug amd play adapter but the install took maybe 10 minutes and it programmed it's self in a matter of seconds. All functions work perfectly.
