I purchased the BenQ SW240 monitor specifically for photo editing and it does not disappoint. The stand is easy to assemble and connection to the computer was a breeze. Even though the monitor is calibrated from the factory, the user must calibrate color and brightness for the specific environment where the monitor is used. I had some difficulty finding the controls but, once I knew what each button would do, fine tuning was very straightforward. This monitor meets all my expectations! Highly recommend!

I read about this monitor in a photo magazine and it really does render colors much better than typical monitor. However, description on Best Buy indicates a hood is included. It is not included.

I received the monitor and had some questions regarding the set up and software. I sent support my questions and after almost 2 weeks I have yet to hear back from them. Not impressed. If this is how they treat someone that has purchased one of their products and only has a few questions, then how will they try and ignore a customer if they have a real issue with one of their units.
