    This team is the best I have ever encountered. I’ve been a Totaltech member for three years and Geek Squad for 5-years before that. I call them primarily to help me out with technical issue with either my laptop or my printer or my phone. They are polite, easy to talk with, and they in turn are easily understood making sure that you’re completely satisfied before ending the connection. We enjoyed a bonus this year when we bought a major appliance and found that because we we’re Totaltech members we enjoyed an additional discount as well as free delivery and set up & an additional year on the warranty.

    I'm a Best Buy Elite member because I purchase so many products from Best Buy every year and was a member of the original Best Buy Total Tech Support program. When totaltech was rolled out, I was immediately upgraded to this from the original Total Tech Support and it seemed like a good deal. Given how many products I purchase from Best Buy every year, I normally get a Geek Squad Protection Plan on most of my product purchases. Totaltech offers this by default which is great but you had to keep the totaltech membership on a continual basis which costs $199.99 per year. Furthermore, you have to pay a dedutible which varies depending on the item if you need to claim any kind of repair or service on top of the $199.99 per year membership fee. Personally, I don't intend to use most of the services offered by totaltech and I felt that it would cost more long-term than purchasing individual geek squad protection plans on select products. Also, I felt it's more costly too because of the deductible you would have to pay to have an item repaired under the program whereas there is NO deductible if you have a traditional geek squad protection plan. IMO, I don't recommend this membership!

    This membership was the best purchased I ever made. I utilized its perks. I purchased a washing machine, got 2 stereo installations, had my computer checked out. All FREE with my Total Tech. The price I paid for membership saved me a ton of money

    I got so much value from my total tech membership. I got a car alarm, amplifier, radio and speakers installed in one car, had an issue with a computer and had geek squad reformat and fix a a computer, took another car in for speaker upgrades, and at least 2-3 other great value things. was totally worth it for me. not sure I'll keep it for a second year as I got it because of the car install stuff. that's where i found the most value.

    TotalTech Being Decimated? Say It Isn't So

    Absolutely GREAT. The plan made Bestbuy the only place to shop. I would give 5 stars but Bestbuy is taking away the delivery and installation which will make this plan virtually worthless. We bought several things because of it. We bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer, they were all delivered and set up free of charge. We purchased a big screen TV, along with a wall mount, sound bar and Govee light, Best Buy delivered, wall mounted it and set it up. We had a automatic start installed in my car and a stereo and back up camera installed in my husband's truck. We also brought several other items that had covered protection under the Total Tech plan such as 2 cell phones, microwave, vacuum, echo show just to mention a few. All this was done without out paying extra. We had planned on buying another washer, dryer, security camera and lighting, cordless vacuum, another automatic start and 2 more smart phones (probably S23 ultras) but with the Total Tech gone we are back to shopping for the best deals.

    Will Never Be Without Totaltech!

    I could never again be without Totaltech. Someone like me who barely stumbles around with technology, yet cannot live without it needs Totaltech. To be honest, I haven't had to have their help ALL that much, but the peace of mind it gives me is worth EVERY PENNY !!! They are NICE and helpful and will answer the simplest questions right down to help with my mp3 (which I still can't use good, but I know who to call.) I've been hacked more than once and they have fixed the problem, saving me a LOT of money by the scammer. Thank you, Totaltech!

    I have had Geek Squad and now Total Tech for close to five years. Almost all service technicians have been helpful and knew their stuff. Recently I purchased a new Dell with Windows 11 and had zero problems. Until I had to have my modem replaced. My printer stopped communicating with my computer. I called Total Tech three times and they worked remotely for literally hours. Each time I had to leave the computer to get something to eat. Not one of them called me back when finished and all three indicated in the chat that they had fixed the problem. However, that was not true! I have not been able to print for a couple months. For the past two days I have been researching it nonstop and today I solved the problem. It was as simple as removing the printer software and reinstalling it to recognize the new modem. Educated technicians should have known that was the problem, especially when I told the second and third one exactly what happened!

    The totaltech membership has been more valuable than we originally thought. Our Installer helped us get set up when we had a new audio system put in my Wife's truck. It has been much more than just a one time deal. Since then we had a valve go out in our washing machine and Geek Squad came out and replaced it for a price much lower than we could have paid with another company. I recently bought a new computer and the features that came with the totaltech membership provide greater peace of mind. We are highly satisfied with totaltech and find it to be of great value.

    This is the Best thing I have ever done. Geek Squad has been there for me through the past few years, I'm so glad I have them to service my Computer and to add anti-virus for me when needed. they do a thorough job of getting rid of anything that will damage my computer. And I am so glad they can do everything I can't do to keep my computer safe and sound. Have been hacked a few times, and they totally fixed the problem for me. Thank you Geek Squad

    I’m happy to sing the praises of my total tech membership! Because of my membership, geek squad, came to my home and made recommendations for better Internet connectivity, new TVs, sound bars, iPad, along with set up. That whole process was so smooth and easy. Heck, that visit alone was worth the membership price! Geek squad came and installed everything, they were friendly they were efficient they were clean and I couldn’t be happier. Everything is working perfectly and to top it off I didn’t realize that they made appliance repair visits too. So about a week after my new TVs were installed Geek squad came back out and repaired my refrigerator and I didn’t have to pay a dime! I am so happy with my total tech membership. I highly recommend it and wish that I would’ve bought it sooner. Thank you Geek squad!

    If you are a tech dummy like me then Totaltech is the product for you. With this membership you get so much more than just talk. You get a service that is unlike any other. When you need tech support are tech repair they are a call away. When you purchase a product they will deliver and set it up for youand if you are like me that goes a long way.

    I went to geek squad in Loveland Ohio and it was a very bad experience. Jacob I believe it's his name and he was very rude and acted like anything I asked from him was more than he was wanting to do. He also reluctantly cleaned my brand new laptop keyboard and screen for me because I asked multiple times. As he was wiping it off for me he flipped it over to where the back side of my screen was on the desk and he was wiping it kind of hard and my laptop was sliding all around the top of the desk. I told him that I really OCD and I don't want Mark's and scratches all over my laptop that's why I asked him to clean it for me from the fingerprints. He acted like I was crazy and any smarter like way said it's only plastic so I grabbed my laptop and walked away. When I want to tell a manager about it I looked at my laptop and there were March on my laptop from him doing this. I was already having a very bad day and I was literally in tears by the way he treated me. Makes me not ever want to go back there again. The manager was really nice but he said he could reorder it for me but I would have to go without my laptop for a week and a half and that is not even possible. I do graphic design with it and I needed it everyday. All I got was a $50 gift card for all the inconvenience stress and tears.

    I love having technical support available whenever I need it. They are very knowledgeable regarding electronics. They listen to your concerns and get the job right the first time around. They installed Five TVs, two game system, speakers, surround sounds, fireplace mounting, solved various laptops and computer issues.

    I think the membership is worth it's money. I used it for problems with an iPad and also got a free SiriusXM radio kit installation. When I bought my new Mac they backed up everything and transferred things over. Way easier than if I would have had to do it. Very knowledgable staff!

    This Membership is a great value. Membership, unlimited Geek Squad tech support from great people that are very helpful and knowable. Anytime and anywhere there is a Best Buy store. Love it, gives me peace of mind that there is help is needed at a great price.

    I always love geeks protection, if i have any issues with my laptop, computer, or even cell they always have the answers to fixing, if i love to buy some electronic i have preference with best buy, because they have those programs geeks squad they know what they do

    This my 2nd year with Total Tech. At first, I was a little bit skeptical on getting the membership. Now I can say it came in handy. I bought appliances & got free delivery & installation; old appliances were removed & free Tech support all year round. Good to use for laptops or Tablets if You have any issues with software or any technical problems. So far, so good!

    Definitely worth it if you plan to do major tech or appliance upgrades. Issues are usually with scheduling and the time windows they provide — otherwise — worth the money as people on Task Rabbit would charge you much more with varying degrees of intergrity
