The vacuum works great all throughout our two bedroom house. You can switch heights with ease going from the shag rug to wood floor without any issues. Great suction and the febreeze filter that comes with it leaves the room smelling great.

Very pleased with my Bissell Pet Vacumn; it can vacumn up cat hair from 12 inches away. I wished it picked up cat litter on a hardwood floor. I haven't found a vacumn yet that I feel does that satisfactorily however.

So many pros about this vacuum…great suction, swivel accessibility, accessory tools are effective, easy to dump and clean. Cons…not a large capacity, have to clean container or lose suction. Overall…would purchase again.

This vacuum picks up dog hair really well. It picks up dog hair from the carpet, hard floors, and really picks it up off of furniture. I did not even need the pet hair accessory just the wand with the pet hair brush.

This vac is great for pet owners because it has a tangle free rotating brush along with clog free suction and canister.. I highly recommend it because of its light weight and powerful tangle free suction..

The only complaint we currently have with the vacuum is it’s lack of a light on the front for cleaning around dark areas/furniture where you might run over something because you can’t see it.

We had the original bissel pet vacuum that we got for our wedding it still worked after 7 1/2 years of crazy puppy hair clean up and all but we like this new design better. Easier to maneuver and empty so we upgraded.

This vacuum is very good for picking up dog hair. I have a Siberian husky and they shed a ton!! I used my old vacuum and then used this one afterwards and it picked up a ton of hair after the other vacuum. Great product!!

I have two dogs and a cat, so there's a lot of hair to go around. This vacuum handles it effortlessly, and it's extraordinarily easy to empty the tank. The Febreeze filter even freshens the air while I use it!

Bought this vacum hoping the pet feature and the allergen feature would do the trick and it did when I vacum the air smells real clean and picks up alot of hair that I missed with sweeping

I was quite impressed with how easy pet hair was removed with the tools. It is also easy to clean and empty the canister. Overall a good vacuum for homes with pets for the price.

We really like the vacuum, but the pet hair does still wrap around the roller. Not as much as the old vacuum, but we still have to take out the scissors and cut it loose.

Best vacuum I've ever purchased. The day we brought it home we vacuumed the whole house (I had vacuumed a few days prior" and I was amazed on how much more it picked up than my previous vacuum.

After extensive research, I purchased the BISSELL - Pet Hair Eraser Upright Vacuum. I have not had any issues with hair (pet or human) tangling around the roller bar. It is easy to empty and easy to clean.

I have had different kinds of vacuums this one is the best one so far I have a dog and this is been the first vacuum to pick up all the hair from all kinds of floors I will highly recommended.

Love love love this vacuum!!! We have a constant shedding dog and this vacuum is wonderful, we have not had to tear it apart and remove clumps of hair at all, perfectly clean after every use!!

My last bissell lasted 8 years and I wanted to get another upgraded bissell. It’s ok, I thought it was going to be better. It is heavy. Love the long cord.

Purchased to replace and 3 year old vacuum that had stopped working and find that it works a lot better then the old one ever did. Great price for the features and works great.
