We bought this product and started using it the first time and it stopped working. I called the 1800 number and they walked me through a couple of things. Then ended up having me return it to the store because the actual power button had gone bad. We switched it out for a new one the same day and have loved it ever since.

wife wanted a cleaner for the tile and works great!

Purchased this when I was frustrated wih streaking on hardwood. I now find it is great for floors but also cleaning the bathroom tub. Also works great in the guest bathroom that tends to get some mold in corner of the ceiling. Steam it away and it is away for months.

The steam works excellent but if your tile has groves or texture that hold the dirt it does not get that out. The "scrubber" attached to the unit is difficult to use. You will still have to do some manual scrubbing to get the grime from the pits and grooves.

I have only used the cleaner once. Some issues. One is that the floor base has only 3 steam holes so the area directly over them gets really dirty and the rest of the cloth cover not so much. You really need a dozen of the terry cloth covers because they get dirty quickly and it only comes with two. I tried someone elses recommendation and attached a microfiber cloth over the terry cleaning head with clothes pins. Worked so, so. Tends to come off. The detachable steam unit is pretty cool but the cleaning brushes that come with it melt after one use. Not sure what I'll do after they both wear out. Lastly, it does not include a base to place it on after use and the cleaning head is still wet.

My previous steam mops were great but they needed a little extra scrubbing power. I read about this one that has a brush on it for those places needing a little more than just steam can handle. It is great to not have to carry a separate scrub brush around for those areas.

It does an amazing job. Easily assembled from the instructions. The detachable handheld is a super feature and gets used as much as the floor unit. Love the chemical free idea. The unit as a whole is a bit heavy keeping it from a 5.

I had my doubts until I used it. All doubts we a way. I have a 60 year old house and the counter tops are clean I thought. I use attachment for counters man they were Snow White not a dinge white. It works on every thing I trired.

This is a decent mop for routine cleaning, but doesn't have enough scrubbing power to help with grout. It's also a bit awkward to fill the water chamber.

we replace this with Shark Steam cleaner which got broke when i was cleaning the tiles. i think after using bissel, i feel shark was the good one.

I had a hoover twin tank steam cleaner before buying the Bissell. The hoover started falling apart , the tanks wouldn't stay on had to rubber ban them on. Saw the Bissell on sale and bought it. Hoover to the dump.

It does a good job cleaning my floors. I really like the sent booster. Gets hot quickly and doesn't leave the floor super wet.

I searched for a steam mop that would handle all the jobs I needed it to and this product has exceeded my expectations. Best Buy price was the lowest in town!!!

I used it for about 45 minutes to clean my living room and kitchen floor. The next time I used it, it stopped working and only clicked. I was disappointed to say the least.

I like the brush feature. In addition, the detachable portable unit. Where I live, we have really hard water. I wish the unit has a filter to maintain life of the steamer.

Great product, beats traditional mop. I have several pets and am quite happier with the results of using the Bissell verses a traditional mop and bucket of water.

No problems with this one, but it certainly isn't groundbreaking tech for cleaning up pet messes. I don't think you'll be disappointed or amazed.

Originally bought as a gift, but found out they had something similar. At that point, I bought them something else and kept it. Serious mistake! Used it to attempt to clean both my kitchen and my bathroom - only marginally better than a mop! Steam in the hand held configuration was not strong. Ended up finishing with a scrub brush and a spray bottle. The device was bulky. Unfortunately, I waited so long to use - far too late to return. My advice - do not bother.

Mop head easily navigates corners, water tank is as advertised and does not require constant refills. Does a good job on floors, have not used it on other surfaces yet.

I had a floor cleaner that was not getting the job done so I looked into steamers. This one I liked since it had a removable tank to use on smaller areas.
