I can't say enough good things about this mop. Moved into an older home that hadn't been cleaned in many years. This mop cleaned floors, refrigerator, walls, even windows. It cleans very well. only complaint is it does drip a little when using some attachments

It's a floor steam mop. Works very well. Used on my tile floors. Easy to use, easy to fill and produces great steam action. Haven't used for other areas yet, but plan to. Comes with all the accessories for hand use all over the house. I would purchase again and I do recommend this one.

I don’t use this all the time, but it does much better than my Swiffer. My dog tracks in a lot of mud, and this really helps. It does sometimes make a loud clicking sound, but it doesn’t seem to affect the performance.

We have new tile flooring and was looking for something that could clean off the dusty feel on the tiles. Tried traditional mop and didn't have much improvement. Someone recommended trying steam mop. We gave it a try and it worked wonderfully!

The lift off steam mop can be used for many different things, but never really excels at any of them. It's best application is the lift off hand steamer. It works well for spot cleaning and small jobs, however when attached to the floor mop, the steam is mainly supplied to the mop head by a single point and not multiple nozzles like other mops I've used. This does have the advantage of not over saturating the mop pad so less water is left on the floor. If you are looking for a general use steam cleaner this is a great option, but if you only need a floor cleaner I'd consider an one with a removable water reservoir as this one is not.

Not as powerful for some jobs as I was hoping...does bare floors well.

I spent 7 days of my lunch hour at work reading about the best steam mops. This one was the ticket! And after pulling it out of the box I am very satisfied. My ONLY complaint is that it runs out of water too quickly. I love it!

Steam unit detaches for use as a hand-held steamer which does a great job on tile grout and many other things. Several different brush attachments make it very versatile. Very effective floor cleaning, especially in the kitchen and around the cooking areas.

This one is even better than the first on I bought after watching Wendy William's show. She said it (the older model) was good. This newer model is great on ceramic tiles and hard wood floors. My floors haven't looked this good since we had them done.

Instead of loud vacuum one, I choose Steam Mop. It is really silent and net tool.

This cleaner does really well in cleaning. Only thing I don't care for is the way you add water to the machine. Not sure why they designed to add water from the side of the machine and having to pour so awkwardly.

For awhile, I was using the swifter mop and buying the refill pads. This purchase has been a great investment bc it works better and saves me money in the long run since the pads on the mop are washable. The hot water also cleans better.

This steam mop is awesome! Super easy to use on many different surfaces. I've used on tile, laminate, and carpet/rugs. I've also used it in my car to remove gunk that was so caked in I thought it would never come out. Highly recommended!

After trying several other kinds of tile cleaners, this steam mop actually works! Instructions could be more complete. I haven't figured out how to use the accessories yet as there are no instructions.

I had two Shark steamers before buying this Bissell. Both failed way to soon. I have other Bissell products and am happy with them, so I bought this steamer. After a few uses, I can say that it cleans better than the Shark.

I watched a video online regarding steamers, saw this one and decided to buy it. When I received it and tried it out I was impressed - so much so that I steamed cleaned everything! I would recommend this for sure!

Absolutely love our new steam mop. We have 3 resident pups and foster for a rescue. Pups straight out of the shelter are often nervous and scared so cleanups are a part of life here. The steam mop does a great job!

Bissell has been around a long time, and still quality made

Amazing product. I was hesitant to buy another mop after I had bad luck in the past but with two big dogs I need to be able to quickly wash my floors. Dries quickly and cleans deeply. Well worth the money.
