Love the detachable feature for the steamer. Does a great job cleaning all types of stuff. Only thing I don't like is the grout attachment as it doesn't seem to hold up very well. Otherwise it's a great product

The Bissell steam mop is working well. I have only used it a couple of times since purchase but it is leaves the wood floors sanitized and fresh the mess of the pets, without a lot of water residue leftover.

This is perhaps the best steam mop we've ever owned. It certainly beats out a Haan that we had for a while. This unit is easy to use and maintain. Don't hesitate to pick it up if you need a steam mop.

I could not believe what a great job this did in cleaning my tile floors. It was actually fun to use and I think my floors are much more sanitary now. I wish that the pad stayed cleaner longer, but. . oh well!

Used it on floors that had not been truly scrubbed in years. Improved their appearance, and removed quite a bit of dirt. Easy to set up out of the box.

I have a big dog and two cats at home, I am particularly impressed by the steam cleaning feature of this mop. It's very easy to use and keeps my hardwood floor clean as I like it to be.

We purchased this because of my wife's allergies. It makes clean up easy and fun. Its also very easy to use and put together. Awesome product!

I love this thing...I'm always shocked at how much dirt it cleans up. My dog slobbers and this can actually remove the spots it leaves. I especially love that it cleans with just plain water.

I've got hard wood floors and a golden retriever. She loves the garden, when she comes in, she brings the garden with her. This has helped to keep these floors like new.

I had an older model which I have used for many years and is still working great. This mop however gives me the separate unit to lift off and clean things like a stove top.

Bought for my tile floors but better for use on small areas. I bought it for my home which has about 700 sq ft of tile in the main areas living kitchen hall and bathrooms and it takes about 4 or 5 refills of water to finish the job on the house floor. Takes a while as well as far as steaming and sanitizing the floor it does its job with just distilled water but a mop and bucket with some floor cleaner is quicker and easier.

I haven't used it yet. But my wife has and she loves it. She also likes the way that it stands up on its own and it's very simple to use

I have 18x18 tile - this worked amazing on the grout . But especially the floors . Leaves no water marks if done right. Love this machine. Great investment

Replaced a Oreck which was used about one year before it stopped working. This Bissell works much better. Use it mostly on kitchen and bathroom tile floors.

We have 2 older cats who have digestive problems. When done cleaning the floors with steam they feel really clean with no stickiness from cleaners.

I'm pretty OCD, so with our new home (all tile down), and three dogs, I shopped around and this was a GREAT purchase! It definitely gets the job done!

This cleans much better than I can with just scrubbing and is so much faster. I wouldn't use on wood, but on tile, shower floor and vinyl, it's great.

It cleans well. It leaves the floor a little wet and It does not dry as fast as I though. The little scrubber is a pain to use.

I purchased the Bissell pet mop because I have a dog and 4 children. It works great. It seems to get the floors pretty clean.
