It didn’t work like they show in the commercials. For steaming fabrics it works well. I tried to get residue off a fry pan and it didn’t do much.

This steamer is simply horrible. Had to have the hose and connectors replaced. It kept coming apart and would burn you. Then they replaced it only for it to do the same thing. Had to return it

This machine is terrible. DO NOT BUY IT !!!!!!!! Im now out of 50$ plus dollars. Bissell won’t help me, and its to late to return to Best Buy.
