My Dustin is doing great, although he has some problem with localization, I was able to fix that with their amazing customer service agents. Bobsweep is a must and an amazing addition to your home!

I absolutely love this item! It is the first robo sweeper I have owned and I keep wondering why I waited so long! It is simple to get started and does a fantastic job. I have not used the mop yet, but I imagine it will be just as amazing

Absolutely love Dustin work great we have 4 dogs and 3 grandchildren under 5 and 4 adults on a daily and Dustin definitely keeps up and maneuvers well avoiding running into dogs and toddlers and adults and it’s definitely not fragile because the toddlers touch it all the time lol

Dustin does an excellent job at vacuuming. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat. It runs on a daily program and picks up all the hair. The mop feature is game changer.

Hands down “Dustin” is the “big boy” of all b0bsweeps robotic “vacuum cleaner/mop” / I’d rather mop shine and work smarter with personally scheduled cleaning times & a self cleaning feature…Save time & just chill - it’ll do the rest for you ! Love it !

I wanted to experience an auto vacuum. It is a little noisy but it is doing a good job. Don’t have any cords or shoes with strings on the floor. It will be a problem. The sound when it empties is a bit unsettling. It’s loud.

Fast clean nice work ! I though it only get stuck when it cant move over n get lost when the map change too much things

It's not bad but it does not pick up crumbs that well on our floor. The sweeper part always gets stuck into something then detaches from the machine. It loses connection constantly and goes on parts we do want the sweeper to go to on the map. Not worth the price.

The vacuum requires a cloud connection for full functionality (running on a schedule, creating barriers, etc.). There should be no reason the app cannot talk to the vacuum over Bluetooth or a local-only Wi-Fi network for these functions.

I just got done setting up my Dustin bot, and let me tell you, I should have bought this machine a while ago. Awesome packaging, and setup was super simple. I haf zero issues with setup.

Great overall and solid Robo Vacuum. The initial set up took a couple of tries connecting to wifi. After that everything else so far has been working flawlessly
