The vacuum works well and it does clean in the matrix pattern. Nothing wrong really but I wish the app had more functionality… (this could be user error) because I have not spent tons of time digging around but I don’t see an easy way to share the vacuum with others in the family. Which means I have to be the only one that sets schedules or sends it back to home…(yes you can touch the buttons on it) but just saying sharing access in the app would be nice. It also doesn’t show you what areas it has done while it is cleaning. You can locate the vacuum but in other apps it shows a nice little path of where it has cleaned.

I used to think these were hilarious "toys" that people eventually just used to make videos of their pets riding them. However, once this came up on a deal of the day, i couldnt believe the price cut and just had to buy it. It was so cheap and no more than what i would spend on a normal vacuum. This things is amazing, thorough, and completely changed my mind about these robot vacuums. I love the map, its features of quick clean or spot clean or a full vacuum. You can schedule to your hearts desire when it cleans and what rooms. Ive watched it a few times, now, and it changes up its pattern that it uses to vacuum. So, its not always going the exact same "route" every time. I havent used too many other features or anything. And time will tell how it holds up. I think it cleans very well, and even gets under night stands that would have to be moved to vacuum under. It got stuck once on the corner of a throw rug that was close to the wall. It curled up and kept it from moving. Other than that, its been flawless. Scared me the first time it used voice to notofy of an issue haha.

This is my 2nd Bobsweep robotic vacuum. It doesn't disappoint!! I love this brand, and the customer service is the best I have ever had of any small appliance, period! Cleans our entire house is 45 minutes, and doesn't miss anything. Bobsweep is the best in my opinion.

We have owned two Roomba's for years. We didn’t know how loud they were until we purchased the Orbi. Also, the Roomba would mark up our baseboards. The Orbi is great. We also love the feature on the app where you can mark where you don’t want it to sweep. Best feature is at the end it vacuums into the bag. Thanks for the great product

We're very pleased with this vacuum's performance. It maps our home efficiently, quickly remapping if we need to move the base. It thoroughly sweeps each area, and the high-powered mode is great for focusing on specific rooms when needed. It also handles transitions between rugs, hard floors, and carpets with ease.

Loved it so far. Very impressed with the cleaning job it does. It's able to navigate rugs and obstacles better than my Roomba. It's can be all the way across the house yet navigate back to it's charger... something the Roomba frequently failed at. The self cleaning charging station is very convenient. Minor criticism is there should be a setting to prevent the station cleaning for accidental deployments and small spot cleanings. Thought I'd miss the handle to pick it up, but given it's self cleaning and reliability of getting back on the dock, I find very little need to pick it up. Very pleased with the product!

Bought this for the house. Does a great job with two dogs hair . Never gets stuck and does a excellent job

I liked this vacuum to start out! It was easy to set up and really helped keep my house clean. I’ve only had it for a few months; I do have several pets in the home and I’m not sure it was equipped to handle all of their fluff. It’s starting to run much slower now, or sometimes not at all and I have to try and reset it. I think it would do much better in a house with short haired animals. But for the price it was worth the initial purchase.

Quiet, easy to program has no trouble negotiating around objects

I absolutely love my bObsweep! It’s made cleaning the house so much easier and saves me so much time. The house mapping and LiDAR features are amazing, it learns the layout perfectly and cleans every corner without missing a spot. I honestly don’t know how I managed before having it. Totally worth it!

It's fun and works well but longer hair or pet hair constantly gets stuck. The self emptying works about 75% of the time. I'm constantly cleaning rollers and cleaning clog for self emptying. I got it on sale and it's my first one so it's a start. Besides those issues it works great.

It does the job and keeps your floors nice and clean. I wish the mop pad were bigger.

Excellent sweeping on our laminate flooring. Easily moves across raised room dividers. Moves easily across non-shag carpet. It is loud when it empties the dirt into its charging station. Enjoyed this one, we bought another for our basement living area.

Love this guy. Bob is such a lifesaver. I get off work at five so I set him to run at four and come home to clean floors when it’s time to cook dinner. I have a mega shedder dog but now you can barely tell. Such a huge help.

My first robot vacuum and been amazed how it works and finctions and emptys after it gets done, awesome buy

We’ve been using our Bob vacuum for over a month everyday and it’s been very helpful. We have 2-60+ lb dogs and 2 kids and Bob has saved us a lot of time and effort vacuuming. The self cleaning feature is really nice as well. The vacuum has 3 power settings and the lowest is sufficient and very quiet.

Had Bob for a free weeks now. Does a great job vacuuming the carpet. Love the automatic disposal. Very quiet.

This device is very helpful assistant. I turn it on before I leave to work and it helps manage hair and dust around the living room.
