Absolutely love it! Good quality instructions that came with a printed Owner's Manual and some other quick step guides, that were laminated. The app was easy to download and to control it. We do have pets so the canister does get jammed from time to time and i need to manually unload it. Otherwise great product, we will keep and order a bigger one!

Have only used it once, but so far so good. Our previous vacuum took 2 hours, this one took 1 hour. Seems to clean good but deducted 1 star because it missed a small section during normal cleaning and also missed it in spot clean mode. Got it on sale 40% off.

This new bObsweep is awesome! It maps the house, cleans SO WELL, and gets up all of my dog's hair and the seeds our parrot throws all over the floor. It also empties itself, and the bag only has to be changed once every 3 months or so. I love it, and the price at Best Buy was incredible!

It's good just the top gets stuck a lot under furniture

Pretty good vacuum. Only problem is the little sweeper breaks off all the time.

I hate vacuuming and this guy certainly takes care of that for me. My house has several floor types with different heights and this guy has no issues navigating them. He even fits under my furniture really getting all those spiderwebs and dust bunnies. This vacuum has certainly made a difference in the dog hair piles that accumulate around the corners. I’ve named mine Wilber since he is a hungry little piggy that eats everything in sight!

The vacuum is wonderful, cleans really well love it

The machine does a decent job of cleaning but not as effient as using a conventional vacuum machine. I don't use it with the app, I press the GO button on the unit to send it off to clean. It does leave some dirt on the ground. I di buy on sale for $199.99

I am impressed on how good of a job the vacuum does cleaning. My wife loves it! One of the best purchases I have made in awhile. I would recommend you get one for yourself. You will be pleased. It goes from hardwood to rugs with ease.

Great vacuum cleaner, easy to set up. Hows has been spotless ever since i got it. I love the app and the ability to schedule it to clean while i am at work so i get to come home to clean floors and i got it during best buys deal of the day so the price i paid makes this an even greater purchase. If it goes on sale again i may get another as a christmas gift for my dad.

Got 2 for the kitchen and living room. They both perform well.. I like the fact I can set a schedule, set it and forget about it

Nice robot vacuum for kinda bare minimum. Gets stuck a lot but overall good for just a regular vacuum. App is easy to navigate

This is my first robotic vacuum. I've had it for about a month and I'm really impressed. It's very sturdy and the packaging and directions made it easy to set up. It works great and the customer service at bObsweep has been proactive and responsive, making sure I was satisfied with the product. I would definitely buy this product again!

It does a good job vacuuming the opened area. However, the brush keeps falling off, and it doesn't seem to pick up some loose dirt/shredded paper despite high setting.

Wonderful vacuum! Love how it empties itself, you can clean specific rooms and you don't need to put barrier strips along the floor.

I absolutely love my bObsweep! It’s made cleaning the house so much easier and saves me so much time. The house mapping and LiDAR features are amazing, it learns the layout perfectly and cleans every corner without missing a spot. I honestly don’t know how I managed before having it. Totally worth it!

Very happy with it! The lidar discovery run worked fantastic, scanned room without running into anything. App is better than others. Nice job picking up daily seed mess from parrots.

Haven't used it yet, but the assembly went OK, and it will be put to use soon, my wife and I are old seniors and can use the help,because all we have is carpet, looks good all setup and ready.

Love this vacuum. Picks up very well! Well worth the money if you have animals.
