I purchased the Pethair Plus a few months back. Love that thing. It picks up everything but, I was really wanting a WiFi enabled vac. Snatched this up on a sale and I’m so glad I did. The cleaning and mapping are amazing. Looking forward to trying out the mopping feature (which is included using a separarte water canister). Best of all is the customer service. I received a card with my vacuum indicating they were happy to see me upgrade and even offered a full return on my previous unit since it was purchased within 60 Days. Great product and even better customer service.

It’s a good product. Does the job. No remote just WiFi and app enabled. App is basic but then again it’s just a robot vacuum. Would only purchase on sale. Good for a quick job.

Got an amazing deal on this one. Been using it for about 2 months now. So far so good. It gets stuck in fluffy carpets at times but it vacuums well. Easy to use and clean.

Great robo vacuum with good suction power. It AI algorithm and camera feeds the room into its memory and drive the vacuum without any hassle.

The suction was good. It kept getting stuck under things so I returned it. I would purchase again if it had sensors to keep it out of certain areas.

This vacuum does a great job with navigating the house. It is amazing with goingin straight lines as opposed to others I have seen that go in circles. I also love the mop attachment which gives the floor a nice shine while also vacuuming at the same time. It does ok on higher pile carpets but the brushes get bent and need to be smoothed out. I have had an issue with it going off line but I was very impressed with the customer service who was very helpful in getting me back online. Overall I would recommend this model.

Returned because it won’t connect to my wifi for some reason.

Bob is pretty good. I have a black lab/pit mix that sheds constantly. Bob has to be emptied after every run (which is why its only 4 star review) and Bob gets the occasional charger cord which roomba has too. Even the customer service for Bob is top notch I had a dustbin issue and they replaced quickly and free of charge.

Beautiful design I felt like I got a good price on it it was on sale during the Christmas season. Bought it for a large house using it on two of the three floors that add up to just over 2000 ft.² It only does maybe 500 ft.² at the very most before it needs to charge which is frustrating

I already own this great little 'botcuum and so I bought this one for my daughter and her family. That says it all. I don't give junque and this vacuum is really a gem. Of course I named mine "Bob" and they christened theirs "Ed" as in the wonderful cartoon character from "Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy". Like Bob, Ed gets the job done and keeps the floors cleaned without a problemo baby sister!!!! Trust me I know what I'm doin' when I'm reviewin'.

Bought the device and was so excited, but has not lived up to the expectations. 1. It says you can plot the map of the rooms and floors and say where to vacuum, but can't even log in to the app. The app is horrible. If I can't login, how am I going to use it and what does the Wifi connected mean at all. 2. The battery is horrible, it drains very quickly and can't even do one room. 3. I have left it in charging for 5 days and even then the battery is not full.

only two issues in about 10 uses 1. Twice it moved is docking station to the point I had to fix it. One of them it flipped it upside down, think its whiskers hit the cord. 2. Twice it got stuck and couldn't find its way out. Both times. It nocked something over, both times i had something stacked up. It hits hard when moving at top speed. Not seeing any damage to furniture Not an issue to me but when power went out it started looking for base for a while.

Works great on tile. On carpet...not so much. But our carpet is kind of thick. On the tile it really does pick up the dog hair!

This was our first purchase of a Robot Vacuum and I must say bObsweep is more than what we expected!! The way it methodically moves throughout my house covers all areas and its very simple to get set up and working. I have it connected to my Google Home and it's as simple as saying "Hey Google - Start Bob" and he's up an running. If you're hesitant on purchasing a robot vacuum don't wait any longer....these things are amazing!!

Not bad does the job but gets stuck under the sofa. I thought it was "smarter" than that but doesn't seem to not get stuck. Pretty sturdy, make sure you get stuff out of the way for a clean sweep. But, for under $200 bucks on deal of the day, I *guess* it was worth it.

My wife and I are very pleased with Bob, magic Bob we call it. It gets the job done very efficiently and in every corner of the house, in our wood floor and the carpet. We are amazed how much dirt it picks up, we honestly don’t know where it is coming from, we don’t see with our mortal eyes. I’m very glad we made this purchase and the help Bob is bringing to our house.

works as expected for a home with two dogs, not loud and hasn't got stuck yet............bought on sale and well worth the price

Looks - definitely an attractive device App - the connectivity between the app and the device almost never works. I have to reset the app virtually every time I use it. This means things like programming for specific times is impossible. Very inconvenient Cleaning power - does a pretty good job. Not brilliant, but good enough Coverage - it struggles to cover off all areas. I have watched it work and it tracks where it has been quite well, but I don’t see any evidence of it using anything more than bumping in to things to navigate Overall - I got a great deal, but I would not buy again
