Love this machine, this is my second Bobsweep machine and I totally love and recommend it.

Very easy to set up and allow "Bob" to map areas. Using the App, I adjusted vacuum intensity to "highest". Does a very good job on wall-to-wall plush carpeting, and above-average on hardwood. Bob's navigation skills are BAD. Gets "stuck" more than 50% of the time...unacceptable. To use Bob effectively, we've had to exclude portions of rooms with free-standing furniture to reduce his opportunity for failure. Bob replaced a 5-year-old, 1st generation Shark, who almost NEVER got stuck or lost. Shark is superior for most tasks.
Impressed by the ease disassembling & cleaning the robot.
I do not recommend this product if you have a fair amount of free-standing furniture.

Bobsweep (we call him Hamisi) does a fabulous job. He is a very hard and dedicated worker. If he keeps up the good work. We might get him a friend to help him around the house.

Been using it for 3 months now and Loving it. Works great compared to my old neato one. I haven't used the mop yet but I do use this on 2 floors of my home and have separate maps for each which is nice.

Still getting use it. It gets stuck at various places around the house and can't find its way back to the dock. I must be doing something wrong with the GPS setup.

At first, everything worked perfectly, but before it was ready, it started having different problems. I contacted support, as Best Buy doesn't honor the warranty. The first time, they responded quickly and sent me a replacement to my house in October. Now it's mid-February, and it constantly displays the "Lidar sensor" error. It doesn't vacuum properly and just keeps spinning in one spot for minutes. When I press the return button, it spins all over the place, and I have to pick it up and carry it back to the base. Now I'm waiting for support, but to be honest, I'd rather get my money back and buy one from another brand. If I could upload a video I would, but the system won't let me.
