I got a battery charging problem within 180 days. I contact the after salesman, promptly responds but cost long time to maintenance while no standby robot to replace when maintenance.

I got two kids and two cats quadrouple the fun and the mess! From food crumbs to fur this machine sure does help with maintining my floors clean! Over carpets or under the couch really great to have around!

Got it as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Helps a lot with the dog hair.

This is my first robotic vacuum, and I wish I had gotten one sooner. I chose this particular unit because of its powerful suction and mopping feature. So far, it’s been working exceptionally well. Even after vacuuming with a traditional vacuum, my Bobsweep still manages to pick up dirt. Occasionally, I’ll pause cleaning in the middle because I know it’ll need to be emptied. Not because it has a small container, but because I anticipate it’ll be full after picking up so much. The app and mapping feature are user-friendly, making it easy to specify where to vacuum and mop, and where not to. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase of this vacuum.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the other reviews as well as researching the device but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have the vacuum set on a schedule to run Monday - Friday (and on the weekends if these is need) and I'll say that I am happy with the results. It does a great job of picking up dirt and cat fur (as well as the cat toys!). I haven't used the mop feature yet, and I'm not sure if I will, so I can't say anything about that. Just be aware that this thing will pick up anything, even to the detriment of "itself". It's important to pick up anything off of the floor before the vacuum starts. I've had it suck up cat toys, phone chargers, etc.

Works great. Has no problem with transitions and goes under beds etc.

Set up was easy. If you are adding to Alexa make sure you to follow the instructions from another review to connect! Worked like a charm for me. Also easy to map the rooms in the app. And was easy to clean up the rubber brush when it encounters something sticky. :)

love the suction power of the vacuum and how it gets all th areas in the house including the corners

Bob is great. Does a very thorough job. Powerful suction. Love a fresh vacuumed and mop floor daily.

Easy to assemble and so far works great. The directions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow, but definitely need to follow them. I don't love the map icons as my previous version allowed me to type in the room name. It's not a deal breaker, but the icons are hard to see. Overall it seems to work well. I haven't tried the mopping yet.

The product works very well but the instructions are weak. I still don't know how to get the mop to work because the BoBsweep comes with a detailed instruction booklet. I'm old school. I still don't know how to map or mop. Otherwise the BOT is great. Makes life much easier.

The Bob vacuum is easy to use, but the suction power is not very good . It does basic cleaning , but it does not pick up dirt very well. It is okay for light cleaning only.

Sweeps well for my pet hair! Love it! Would recommend

I was kinda scared to buy this brand and not an iRobot however I am so happy with this brand. It was such a great deal. I would highly suggest this.
