Works really good only downfall is having to manually refill the water to mop other then that works well enough

Have wanted this for a long time. It is AMAZING. Helps us in the house on its own. We love it and only wish we would of purchased sooner.

So far the schedules, spot cleans, room cleans everything seems and works perfect.

This robotic vacuum did not meet expectations for a household with two dogs and two children. It consistently left debris after completing its cleaning cycle and frequently became entangled or lost, even with minor obstructions.

The vacuum runs for 10 min and need to recharge and empty out, had running for 2 days, when I open the canister with bag it’s empty so not sure after 10 min why it needed to empty itself. Doesn’t have enough power to pick up easy things from the tiles or small hair carpet . At one point it did bumped into my foot, didn’t recognize the movement.

I’ve been using the bObsweep for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. The self-emptying feature is a lifesaver—I no longer have to worry about emptying the dustbin every other day. Cleans tile and carpeted areas easily with no problem transitioning from one to the other. I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

I purchased this robot to replace my bot that stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised by the great cleaning job that my new bot "Holly" did. Unfortunately she did not self empty and that is one of the main reason i purchased her since the advertising was for ultravision pet and our dog sheds a lot. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive at first and even replaced a couple of parts. After the new parts didnt work, I contacted customer service at least 5 times in the past week and a half and no one has responded. Very poor customer service!

Definitely not a pet vacuum as it says it is. I have a husky and most of the times the fur is still stuck in the pan and it doesn’t get sucked out from the base. Plus it is always getting stuck somewhere and caught on things. I have to clean the brush’s every time it is done cleaning. Sometimes the cleaning schedule doesn’t always clean it suppose to or it will forget the whole map of the house. Was it worth the sale price yes. Is it worth the $1200 dollar actual price no. If you don’t have any pets that shed it is a good vacuum. I still prefer my Dyson pet vacuum.

Surprisingly working pretty well. Especially the map. I'm not sure how useful the mopping feature is but the product is a good value purchase overall.
