Better for households without multiple animals

I’d imagine if I had only 2 it wouldn’t get caught up so easily. I got it on a great sale, would have returned if I paid full price.

Keep on walkin

Constant errors: left wheel issues, clogs when it tries to self-empty, and mopping completely confuses it until it shuts down. And the 'mopping' feature? Not true mopping, on the rare two times it worked, it just dragged water across the floor. Oh and heaven forbid you forget to set the no-mop zone...you’ll end up with soggy carpet. To top it off, it even sucked up my dog’s tail (she’s already on Prozac!). For a machine that’s supposed to make life easier, it’s been nothing but frustration. This is definitely not a ‘set it & forget it’ machine.
