Absolute Garbage

Best Buy listed this as bagless, so I was upset to see it needed bags after unboxing. The mapping worked better than my iRobot, but it had a hard time finding the rooms after creating the map. I added 2 schedules during the week to hit carpets on some days and laminate surfaces on others. It errored out every time and never once was able to complete a run, so it was returned.

Disappointed over all

I thought because it advertised as being for pets, that it might actually pick up some of the pet hair. It does, somewhat, as the hair does jams the sweeper parts .. but you can quite clearly watch it rolling around, leaving dog hair, dust, etc behind .. a waste of money that I waited too long to try and now can't return.

I always have to go back and vacuum with my upright. Also, the app is frustrating. The maps keep deleting and I have to redo the schedules..
