This vacuum is very effective. It cleans very well. It picks up all crumbs and dust. The wet mop function works great too. It cleans our floor really well. It can be a little noisy but it’s tolerable. These and the easy app setup is why I’m giving 5-stars!

Wasn’t expecting much with 2 Dogs and a old house this things keeps the dust down and hair balls from traveling across the floor

Only used once so far, but it appears to have done a very good job vacuuming. It took a while because it had to map my house, but I'm presuming it will get faster going forward.

This is a good robot vacuum for those that really do not want to focus on moping even though this will do that as well. I do not use the moping feature, as it is not needed where I have this vacuum placed in my house. I wish more manufacturers would just make more of a wide variety of robot vacuums that just have a vacuum feature only and not include a mopping option.

This is absolutely amazing and highest state of the art technology, the precision ability to navigate map and do all the functions of planning. It is beyond believe this is a must have absolutely love it.

Bought this during Black Friday. Was easy to set up, works great, no problems yet. Great purchase!!!

Great vacuum, previously replaced my Shark robot vacuum. Mop feature is great for our floors. It doesnt stop us from needing to occasionally mop, but we have dogs and cats. This vacuum was definitely a great purchase for our home.

Suction works great. Mop is stationary so doesnt do the best job like ones that have a vibrating pad, or spining discs. Does a good enough job for day to day but will still need to do weekly manualy cleaning. Is a bit loud when emptying dust bin.

It docks well, but has trouble with some of my area rugs & transition strips. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet. Best Buy was NO help, had to contact the vacuum company for tech susupport.

It works great! does much better with pet hair than I thought it would. I have 3 german shepards. I just bought another one for different parts of my house!

Cleans the dog hair easily. Enough charge for a whole pass of the house. Have not used the mop but very good suction.

This is the best robot sweeper we've ever had. Easy to set up; it connected right up with our wifi. Easy to map and edit the zones. Battery charge lasts a long time.

Easy to set up and program schedules do automatic cleaning. Very pleased with my purchase.

This vacuum does the perfect job! It is great for daily use with a house for two dogs. Covers all the floor space and returns to it station when it’s done.

I got two kids and two cats quadrouple the fun and the mess! From food crumbs to fur this machine sure does help with maintining my floors clean! Over carpets or under the couch really great to have around!

This is my first robotic vacuum, and I wish I had gotten one sooner. I chose this particular unit because of its powerful suction and mopping feature. So far, it’s been working exceptionally well. Even after vacuuming with a traditional vacuum, my Bobsweep still manages to pick up dirt. Occasionally, I’ll pause cleaning in the middle because I know it’ll need to be emptied. Not because it has a small container, but because I anticipate it’ll be full after picking up so much. The app and mapping feature are user-friendly, making it easy to specify where to vacuum and mop, and where not to. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase of this vacuum.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the other reviews as well as researching the device but I have been pleasantly surprised. I have the vacuum set on a schedule to run Monday - Friday (and on the weekends if these is need) and I'll say that I am happy with the results. It does a great job of picking up dirt and cat fur (as well as the cat toys!). I haven't used the mop feature yet, and I'm not sure if I will, so I can't say anything about that. Just be aware that this thing will pick up anything, even to the detriment of "itself". It's important to pick up anything off of the floor before the vacuum starts. I've had it suck up cat toys, phone chargers, etc.

Got it as a gift for my wife and she loves it. Helps a lot with the dog hair.
