Very nice product, won’t make noise. We have another robot it makes huge noise. Around 2000 sf all rooms will finish within 1 hour very keenly. Also it looks very decent. We really love this product and highly recommend.

I love this little guy he has saved me a lot of time cleaning my floors with my 2 dogs. He was worth every penny. The mapping is wonderful and the schedule is a life saver as well.

The Bob Ultravision is decent, but it doesn’t clean thoroughly. It missed several spots and left some areas unswept.

The vacuum is very subpar. The "mopping" part of the vacuum is only a cloth that drags on the floor. The self cleaning part is handy if it actually removed the debris from the unit. I have had to pick the unit up and remove the debris from the vacuum EVERY time. This was purchased so that it vacuums and self-cleans by itself. Shame on me for thinking this was an actual "Wet" mopping feature. I should have read into the "mopping" feature. This vacuum is NOT good for pet hair. It gets stuck everywhere and I have to remove it from whatever it's stuck on. I thought that it had ULTRAVISION and could maneuver around obstacles but this is not the case.

We love it so far it picks up great but we haven't tried the mop yet.

For such an expensive vacuum, it didn’t pick up a lot, sadly. A cheaper one from Amazon would probably be the same quality.

We purchased this unit to replace an older BobSweep Pro which had quit working. I worked the new purchase through BobSweep Customer Service and they were great to work with. This unit is much better functioning than our old Bob. The mapping feature works well and I can program the BobSweep Ultra to either vacuum or vacuum and mop an entire floor of our home. And, if the battery starts to die, it will go back to the base unit, recharge, then pick up where it left off. There are options for three different floor maps so you could set it up to vacuum all the levels of a home. This is a great feature. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works in the long term. There are a couple of minor issues with this model. The mopping system is water only so not having any soap is a detriment to the overall mop functionality. However, a nice feature for the mop function is, the system allows you to establish areas you do not want the Bob to mop. This is an important feature as this allows Bob to avoid mopping carpeted areas. I would also like to say, this would be a better design if it had a rotating brush on both sides of the unit instead of just one side. Not having two brushes may save batter power but it make the unit turn more frequently in order to get all the edges...hmmm, For the price we paid, I would have to say this is a huge step forward over the two prior robot vacuums we have owned. The unit appears to be well made and I would definitely recommend purchasing a BobSweep Ultra if you have the opportunity. Overall, I would say great improvement over the older systems but it still has a little bit further to go to make this a great system.

I have given some time to try it out, and I will return it. It vacuum is ok, misses a lot of sport, and goes over the same spot way too many times. The mop sucks, leaves water spots and it’s makes the floor looks patchy. The only positive thing is the charging time.
