Awesome dishwasher!… I have had just about every other brand… I’ve never owned a Bosch before… It was highly recommended by consumer reports… So glad I purchased it… Does a great job cleaning the dishes… Doesn’t use a heating element which saves energy… Also, if anything plastic falls down there, it will not melt!

I bought this machine sight un-seen based on its Consumer Reports Rating. It runs quietly and does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes that you can get in. The problem is that due to the inefficient design of the upper and lower treys you can not get very much in it. They got carried away with all sorts "cute" of bumps and angles so it is impossible to get the dishes and pots and pans from an average meal for two to fit in this machine. I contact Bosch about this and was told that the problem was due to the fact that the machine was designed for European dishes which are smaller than American dishes. Naturally my reply was; if it was not designed for American dishes why in the world are you selling it in the American market? I suggested that they cook an average meal for a family of four and try and get the dishes and implements from that meal into the machine and clean them and then get back to me and let me know how that worked out for them. That was about a week ago and I haven't heard back from them yet. To be honest I don't expect to hear back, the treys are just poorly designed and that is the end of it. I will never buy another dishwasher without personally inspecting it. I guess Grandpa was right, "Never buy a house until you have ridden it.

Our first Bosch lasted 25 years so why would we buy another brand ? Purchased during Covid , Best Buy could sell but not install. Good instructions and everything needed with the extra hose kit for $25 or so, easy to install. Super quiet, cleans well, only thing is getting use to new layout of the two racks. I highly recommend this dishwasher!!!

This is an amazing dishwasher. Flawless wash, super quiet. Very easy to use. The only complaint is drying. I don't know how long to leave the dishes in after the cycle to dry. It also didn't come with a detailed manual. But overall such great quality and I will always buy Bosch from now on.

I needed a dishwasher and was ready to try another brand. Bosch dishwashers have very good reviews, so I decided to give the entry level model a try. I like that it does not have a heating element in the bottom, I can put plastic on the top or bottom rack without it warping. This dishwasher is also very quiet.

So far, so good. The installation went smoothly and I ran the dishwasher for the 1st time this morning. It ran very quietly and seemed to do a good job

Dishwasher is very sleek looking. It is very quiet when running. Dishes come out very clean. I do not like the bottom rack. When I go to put dishes in the back the whole rack falls off the track. It's very annoying. It doesn't hold as many dishes as my other dishwashers. If it didn't fall out each time I would give it 4 stars. I don't get all the hype on this brand. Unless they redesign I would go with a less expensive option.

Had to replace a competitor's unit after only 3 years b/c two computer boards went out and parts were unavailable b/c they were no longer manufactured and were "obsolete". Glad we found a Bosch locally. Reasonable price. Installed easily and quickly. Every bit as good as the reviews say it is.

Nice and wuiet but Bosch is coming to fix a few problems. Dishes are wet after a cycle. Door does not stay open doesnt clean well. Silverware camd out dirty. Disappointed.

After having a Samsung for 4 years it quit working so rather than having it repaired which would cost half of what we paid for it we purchased a Bosch 24", black ext., SS interior. It is very quiet, easy to load/unload and the Speed 60 setting cleans very well in only 60 min. Consumer Reports got their rating spot on!

Still runs great. I don’t use any rinsing agent, and have no spots or residue.

Super quiet. Used to replace our loud GE dishwasher that was installed in our new home. So happy that we changed that out. Easy setup and to follow instructions. Will buy again.

The dishwasher looks good with our décor, the stainless finish is in line with our other appliances. As for the operational use: The dishwasher sound is low in volume so it does not interfere with conversations when in the kitchen. Ample room for your dish's and they come out clean, plus it's easy to operate as well.

Very quiet and cleans well. Smaller than standard dishwasher. Rack design on top and bottom terrible.

Love my Bosch. My old dish washer was noisy you could hear it from the bedroom. When the Bosch starts up you do hear a slight nose but after that its quiet. The installers were on time, installed in no time at all and cleaned up. Great job Sam and Jesus.

Our new base model Bosch dishwasher is so quiet that we often aren't sure if it's running. It's a big improvement over the 17-year-old machine we replaced. We were happy to have free delivery and installation. The technician was very efficient and courteous. We were told to always rinse the dishes when we load it and to use Rinse aid. We do, and the dishes come out looking great.

Just got it, ran last evening and seems to work well. Will have to get use to new racks for placement of dishes pots pans ! It’s not silent but it is just a whisper that I can hear, which is fine

The product was delivered and installed on schedule. The old one was removed and my kitchen was spotless when the install team left. The new product functions as advertised.
