Ice maker is very loud and produces that cranking waking up noise during the night. When crushed ice is dispensed it flies all over the place which is unsafe on our tile floor. Water pump is noisy and too powerful. If your glass misses the nozzle floor gets flooded in the second provided that there is absolutely no water catch basin below. It is the same lever for use and water so you have to select function you want on the touch screen. Inconvenient in general and very inconvenient during night time when you half asleep. Directions on how to switch ice maker on and off are not clear. It says that water have to be shut off a couple hours before. But if I still want to use the water can I turn water back on? Same procedure for turning ice maker on does not mention if water needs to be turned in if it was turned off previously. And as small nuisance temperature display cannot be changed to Centigrade even though manual says it can.

We recently bought a house that had Bosch appliances, hence we bought the fridge to match. The ice maker makes loud sounds & the ice dispenser is too wide causing ice to fall on the floor, every single time. The trays on the fridge door is too skinny, won't fit a gallon milk. 3 stars because is pretty.

It had a nice look in the kitchen, but had so many problems with it, Doors were not aligned, the nozzle of the water dispenser was dripping! And the worst part is the ice maker! Loudest, noisiest ice maker, which can be heard from upstairs! Ice maker is so slow, and you cannot get in your glass without having some ice on the ground!

Counter-depth is what sold me on this fridge. Otherwise it only has 2 drawers instead of 3. Repositioning shelves and compartments is limited. There are 2 drawers in the freezer which should simply be shelves. Location of butter is awkward.

This fridge looks great and works great, there are just minor things I feel it's missing. I love the shelving set-up, but it really does need just one more small depth drawer for things like cheese and cold cuts. The ice maker can be a little loud when re-filing it's water too. But we do love the ice quality and the dispenser interface.

it is nice to have a meat box. Too noisy when making a ice.

So far the only thing I see is, it would have been nice to to have more shelf adjustments, especially for smaller containers

The Bosch refrigerator is much nicer in looks and quality when compared to our GE Profile model that it replaced.

Special order item that took a while to arrive. When arrived, it came defective and will be setting up return/exchange. hope the next one comes in good condition.

I love Bosch appliances and the refrigerator I bought makes strange noises after I get ice.

had to have the door replaced few times until they got it right to close properly. not worth the money

exactly what i was looking for, counter depth for a smaller kitchen at a great price.

Prefect refrigerator but ice maker never did work; had online service do step by step guide. It made ice but did not empty the tray and fill the ice bucket. Issues could not be resolved; refrigerator returned!

We wanted a side by side after having a french door style refrigerator and realizing how hard it was to keep tabs on frozen food. This fridge fits the bill as we didn't want a rounded front, but something that had square edges was simple and looked good in a mid-century house. It seems to have all we need but if we were a larger family it would probably be too small. Having said all of that, Best Buy failed to include the egg tray that this is advertised to come with so one star off for that.
