Out-of-stock... and not coming back in

Difficult

Im very tired of reporting these issues dealing with best buy customer service and geek squad. A $20,000 theater that i have not been able to fully appreciate .

After much consulting on-line and in store was not able to get the second speaker so had to return and cancel. Beware of open box items!

The sound from my cm682's are explosive!

The sound pops when directed and keeps you fully engulfed with either your music or movie. Bowers/Wilkens brings the sound to you from every where. A must have to complete your home theater.
