Great scanner. Have connected to multiple devices wirelessly. Super fast and scans tons of documents in a flash.

Love this machine. It produces quality scans in a reasonable timeframe. It is easy to use and connects easily to a computer.

I have used it for a month now and I don't have any complaints. Before I had a all in one, it took up too much of my desk space and I did not use the all in one to it's full capacity. Wanted to update so I opted for a stand alone scanner and a portable printer since I don't print much. I did not load any of the software. I can scan straight to my computer or open Paperport 14 and scan to a system I have already been using. It is simple to use and I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend product.

Bought it for our finance staff, it's easy to use and fast scanning. reduced her workload a lot and now i have access to the details of each booking invoice.

This scanner is amazing. It’s fast and doesn’t jam. It’s fairly small so it doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Overall this is a great scanner. Excellent speed and clarity. The reason I'm going to return it has to do with its ability to be networked. Now to be fair, it does not advertise that it will work when networked with browser based programs. Our issue was that with our web based EHR program, the built in scanner function could not locate the scanner. Using desktop apps it was fine. But using web based programs to scan didn't work. Only the computer that had a USB connection directly to the scanner would work. There may be a work around, but I just don't have the time to figure that out. I would recommend this scanner for a single user or an office using desktop programs, just not web based programs.

Totally awesome. Quick easy to install. Rapid feed is desirable

The user manual lists a lot of things that it cannot do but it seems to do them anyway. For example it says that it is not to be used on pictures but that is what it is advertised to do. It warns that is may scratch the pictures. It says that you need to sort the items to be scanned by type of paper and that it is best to only use one weight of paper. It says that you must use a carrier sheet to prevent some types of paper from jamming but they are not offered for sale anywhere I can find. You do have to watch thin papers and it will not scan two papers together i.e. carbonless copies.

Satisfied with this scanner. One thing didn't realize-it scans 2 side which is a great feature.

This is a great little scanner. I am able to take it with me. It is truly a nice product.

Used two of these to digitize records and charts at dental office. During Covid shutdown, brought back employees to take the office paperless. This brother scanner worked great and was fast at scanning the various size sheets of paper in the charts. Brother printers and scanner are out go-to products at home and the office.
