For the price of the unit and toner you get a lot more pages then an inkjet

The directions were terrible for someone who is not computer savvy. Had to have a neighbor come over and help me. Then I had more trouble using it and had to call brother. Was on the phone an hour trying to get it to work. I hope I don't need another printer before I die!!

It took a while to figure out how to make it work in the networks but after that it works fine.

We buy this printer so that we can easily do air prints from our iPhones, it is rather easy to setup, just link it with the wireless router that has WPS function, did it in 10 min. No problem on loading up the pages wirelessly.

Affordable / reasonable / satisfactory! Easy setup / install. Features… Apple AirPrint, Brother iPrint&Scan, Ethernet, Google Cloud Print, USB, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi. I love the fact that I can print directly from my mobile devices by connecting the printer via built-in Wi-Fi.

This is a great printer for general purpose printing (the main reason I got it was to try to get away from the crazy prices for inkjet printer ink). I found setup to be fairly straightforward, and print quality is as expected.

Very fast printing. The documents produced are clear and well printed with excellent quality. The setup of the printer was done in a matter of minutes.

If you don't need color this printer will everything you can think of.

This printer for us has been great, it was easy to set up, we have all the functions i.e. copying, fax, Scan etc... I do sometimes wish that the ink cartridges would last a little longer however, we do use our copier quite a bit.

For the cost this printer works well. I would recommend this printer.

This was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I bought this same printer a year ago for myself and liked it so much that I bought her the same one. I like that I can use the Brother App for easy access to printing.

This printer picks when it wants to print your documents and when it doesn't. Every time I have to use this printer, I literally have to uninstalled the driver and re-installed the driver. The printer is always displaying deep sleep. I even followed the instructions to take the sleep feature off and the printer still says "offline". I hate this printer and wish I could return it back to the store.

But if added more printing capacity on the ink it would be better for clients.

If you are looking at a printer, you need to look at this little guy. It is fast and the toner lasts. Do not waste your time on ink jets if you do high volume printing in your small business. Great printer at a great price.

The printer is a fair value for the price. However, the print could not be darkened to the same degree as my HP Office Jet and therefore is difficult to read (invoices, etc) whatever is printed. The toner is two weeks old (as is the printer) and still looks faded.

worked as advertised. printing over internet pervider is weird and difficult to set up .

I bought this printer because I don't print very often and I wanted a laser printer so I wouldn't have ink cartridges that would dry out. It is so convenient to be able to print wirelessly from my phone.
