If you're just printing B&W, there is no reason whatsoever to spend more than $100. This printer prints fast, connects wirelessly to all my devices, and the toner lasts ~2600 pages. Totally worth it.

I did not think I would like the laser printer I talked to a best buy worker for about a half hour to figure out if I would like a laser printer and he was so patient with me thank you best buy

I bought this to replace HP product as they would fail after one year. Also, ink cartridges dry up and are more expensive than the toner for this laser printer.

I have a hard time with the WiFi connection with this printer and also when it goes to sleep it will not work at all, even when I send a document to be printed.

While I was warned from other reviews, this just doesn't work wirelessly for a MAC. It works fine when printing from my PC (wirelessly), but neither of our kids' MAC laptops will work wirelessly -- it only works when plugged in/wired. I went through all the installations for the printer and it is "online", but like other reviews said, it just doesn't seem to want to work with the MAC. Keeping it because it is a nice printer for the price, but frustrating to have to bring the computers over to it to plug in vs wireless.

good printer, the only thing that I do not like is that like everything it is wifi when you have problems with the connection not you the opportunity to put an usb and to print or to connect a cable of the computer

Works every time but still need to learn more to operate and use to items capacity. Love having only a black and white printer. I am retired and do not need color for anything.

Bought this printer for my parents and they like it. Setting it up ended up being a little more involved than I thought it should be and required me to put the CD in to setup the wireless. All in all, good purchase.

Great printer easy set up ... like the printer because it just does black and didn't need Colors to save on ink .. holds a lot of paper so should last a long time before refilling

This printer seemed a logical choice since i have enjoyed two other Brother printers in the past. Good price for a decent printer. Brother could do better on the toner cartridge. Only 1200 pages on the standard toner.

A real reliable printer. After repeated problems with Epson I turned to Brother and haven't regretted it. Setup was easy and the wireless connected. Toner isn't too expensive either.

this is a fine printer. works as advertised. can print from any computer in the house that is on the network. the ink is expensive but I do not anticipate having to buy ink often

It prints wirelessly from your iPhone, iPad and Mac desktop. Added bonus is it prints both front and back of paper if you like. Just great!!!!

This is a great laser printer for the cost. The toner is not crazy expensive like some companies. I own many Brother products and will be sticking with them in the future.

This printer is very efficient and cost effective for use in my craft room. I have used this printer in my work and feel comfortable using it and that it is very durable.

I purchased an all-in-one printer of the same variety 6 months ago. But for this purchase I needed only the printing ability. So this was the perfect printer for our purposes.

Works excellent, love the connectivity through the app(mobile). Works like it should no issues, just make sure you download the firmware first. All in all I will recommend!

Bare bones printer great for printing long gray scale docs like 50 page tax returns. Haven't tried graphics, don't need it. It's a one trick pony that does it well at an affordable price.
