Looses Wi-Fi connection when in sleep mode. Not much support to fix it.

this is a great printer for a wireless connection and very cheap to have for college apartment. Tons of prints in one toner cartridge.

It works and it's not an ink jet printer, so I'm a happy camper. Done with ink jet unless I need to make a lot of color prints, which is unlikely.

I have had other brother printers so decided to go with this 3 in one which was very affordable. I have had it for a few months and seems reliable but is noisy.

Works great and pretty fast when printing, compact size so fits great in cabinet, uses little in compared to others I've had.

This gets the job done without the bells and whistles. Connecting the wifi was a little more complicated than expected but once connected, works great.

Printer loses connection to my computer at least once a day. I have to reboot and reprint before it works again other than that best bang for your buck

I purchased this printer specifically so it would print wirelessly and it got the best reviews for the price. When I set it up it worked perfectly. Since then every single time I attempt to print, it tells me it cannot access the network and that I need to move it to within 3 feet of the network. That is not why I chose this printer. I have tried the trouble shooting to no avail.

Quit. Efficient. Easy to connect with wifi. Won't be going back to ink anytime soon!!!

The printer is great for me. I don't print very often so the ink would dry up on my ink jet printer, not so with the laser.

Having difficulty making the wireless function work. Online help not helpful. I am computer literate so this really irks me. Other than that, great printer.

I have a small home office and this printer fits the bill. Small footprint makes it very unobtrusive.
